Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate including a display area, a non-display area, and a plurality of pixel circuit units in the display area and the non-display area, a plurality of light emitting elements on the first substrate in the display area, the plurality of light emitting elements being electrically connected to the pixel circuit units, a hole mask layer on the first substrate and including a plurality of holes corresponding to the light emitting elements, a second substrate on the hole mask layer and including a plurality of open holes corresponding to the plurality of holes, and a plurality of light exit patterns in the plurality of the open holes of the second substrate corresponding to the plurality of holes, wherein each of the light exit patterns includes a first part in one of the plurality of open holes.

Abstract: A display device and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed, the display device includes a first metal layer on a substrate; light emitting elements emitting light of a first color, each of the light emitting elements having a first end contacting the first metal layer; an insulating layer disposed on the first metal layer and including holes exposing a second end of each of the light emitting elements facing the first metal layer; and a light conversion layer disposed in at least one of the holes and overlapping the light emitting elements. The light conversion layer converts the light of the first color emitted from the light emitting elements into light of a second color.

Abstract: A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept includes: a substrate; a data line and a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate; a common electrode and a pixel electrode disposed on the thin film transistor and overlapping each other by interposing an insulating layer therebetween; a roof layer formed to be separated from the pixel electrode and the common electrode while interposing a microcavity therebetween and having an injection hole partially exposing the microcavity; a liquid crystal layer filling the microcavity; an overcoat formed on the roof layer to cover the injection hole and sealing the microcavity. The pixel electrode includes an auxiliary electrode that is formed on the data line, the auxiliary electrode overlapping and being insulated from the data line.
