    摘要: A melt-kneading method for filling material and elastomer or resin, characterized in that a filling material constituted by a filler, and an elastomer or resin (thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin), are introduced from a material introduction part at the end of a melt-kneading part having a cylinder with a screw and a heater, and the molten elastomer or resin and filling material constituted by a filler are kneaded under the conditions of 1000 to 3000 rpm in the rotation speed of the screw and 1500 to 4500 sec−1 in shear speed to feed the mixture from the rear edge to tip of the screw to be trapped in a space provided at the tip of the screw, after which the mixture is moved from the space to the rear edge of the screw through a hole provided at the center of the screw, with the cycle process performed for a specified period based on recirculation using the screw.

    摘要: Disclosed is a chronograph timepiece in which it is possible to prevent the chronograph drive timing and the magnetic field detection timing from overlapping each other to unnecessarily effect driving with correction drive pulses. A processing unit controls drive circuits so as to drive a time indication motor and a chronograph indication motor with a predetermined timing based respectively on timekeeping information obtained and chronograph measurement information obtained, and effects control such that a magnetic field detecting unit detects a magnetic field with a predetermined timing; when the drive timing for the chronograph indication motor and the magnetic field detection timing for the magnetic field detecting unit overlap each other, the processing unit changes the magnetic field detection timing for the magnetic field detecting unit so that the drive timing for the chronograph indication motor and the magnetic field detection timing for the magnetic field detecting unit may not overlap each other.

    摘要: A semiconductor memory device that speeds up its operation. A multiplexer puts one of word lines into an active state to select one memory cell in each local block. Another multiplexer puts one of local block selection signals into an active state and puts one of p-channel transistors into the ON state to select one of local blocks arranged in a column direction. A NAND element inverts the logical product of a signal output from a local block selected by a local block selection signal and a signal output from a block not selected and outputs a result obtained to put an n-channel transistor into the ON or OFF state. The n-channel transistor grounds a common bit line when it goes into the ON state. Each of the p-channel transistors is selected by a column switch (not shown) and send read data to a data bus.
