    摘要: Preparing a non-ionic copolymer having a hydrolysable monomer residue and a polyether macromonomer residue in a semicontinuous mode in a polymerization reactor associated with a metering device, including introducing polyether macromonomer and water into the reactor, wherein hydrolysable monomer which is added thereto forms a polymerization reaction mixture; introducing hydrolysable monomer into the metering device; adding hydrolysable monomer into the reactor from the metering device; passing a free radical polymerization initiator into the reactor before and/or during the addition of the hydrolysable monomer, the hydrolysable monomer and the polyether macromonomer reacting by free radical polymerization to form the non-ionic copolymer; and, subjecting the reaction mixture to polymerization while an addition rate of the hydrolysable monomer and/or at least a component of the polymerization initiator is varied stepwise or continuously. No monomer is introduced to incorporate ionic cement binding sites into the non-ionic copolymer.

    摘要: Disclosed are a recombinant DNA molecule encoding a fusion protein comprising a SlpA chaperone and a target polypeptide wherein human FK506 binding proteins (FKBPs) are excluded as target polypeptides, a corresponding expression vector encoding said fusion protein as well as host cells transformed with said expression vector. Also disclosed are a method for producing the fusion protein, a recombinantly produced fusion protein comprising a SlpA chaperone and a target polypeptide. A further aspect of the invention is the use of the recombinantly produced fusion protein, and a reagent kit containing a recombinantly produced fusion protein comprising a SlpA chaperone and a target polypeptide.

    摘要: Copolymers based on unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid derivatives, oxyalkylene glycol alkenyl ethers and optionally vinylic polyalkylene glycol or ester compounds are described and also their use as additives for aqueous suspensions based on mineral or bituminous binders, in particular cement, gypsum, lime, anhydrite, or other calcium sulphate-based binders, and based on pulverulent dispersion binders. The copolymers according to the invention impart to the aqueous binder suspensions a very good dispersing and liquefying action with, at the same time, simultaneous excellent processing properties. Moreover, the oxyalkylene glycol alkenyl ethers according to the invention are industrially relatively simple and inexpensive to prepare and need comparatively low initiator concentrations in the copolymerization.

    摘要: The invention discloses the cloning, expression and uses of a chimeric fusion protein with superior chaperone and folding activities compared to the wild type chaperones. This invention relates to a chimeric fusion protein encoded by a recombinant DNA molecule comprising nucleotide sequences coding for a polypeptide binding segment of a non-human chaperone protein and nucleotide sequences coding for an FK506 binding protein (FKBP) or an FK506-binding-protein-like domain (FKBP-like domain). In particular, this invention relates to a chimeric fusion protein encoded by a recombinant DNA molecule comprising nucleotide sequences coding for a polypeptide binding segment of a non-human chaperone protein and nucleotide sequences coding for a human FKBP type peptidyl-prolyl-cis/trans isomerase (PPIase), methods of producing these chimeric fusion proteins and their uses as folding helpers in the production of other proteins and in the process of the production of vaccines or pharmaceuticals, and as folding helpers for performing immunoassays.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of a copolymer in semicontinuous operation in a polymerization apparatus including a polymerization reactor connected to a metering device, acid monomer being initially taken in the metering device and polyether macromonomer and water in the polymerization reactor, acid monomer being metered from the metering device via an acid monomer metering line into the polymerization reactor, a portion of the copolymer-containing aqueous medium being passed continuously during the free radical polymerization from the polymerization reactor via a reaction mixture line which is connected via a mixing device to the acid monomer metering line, the discharged copolymer-containing aqueous medium being mixed with the acid monomer in the mixing device during the metering of the acid monomer and being recycled to the polymerization reactor after the mixing via the acid monomer metering line.
