Abstract: An optical pressure touch device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a touch display apparatus, so as to reduce the influence on the display effect while realizing the touch function. The optical pressure touch device includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a light source, and a photodetector array and a touch scanning circuit located on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, the touch scanning circuit being electrically connected to a photodetector in the photodetector array. A gap exists between the touch scanning circuit and the second substrate, and the light source is used to generate a light field within the gap.

Abstract: An identity recognition device, and an substrate and an identity recognition circuit are disclosed. In the substrate, a plurality of second recognition output lines are added to be arranged in pairs with first recognition output lines. A control signal loaded to the control signal line will be coupled to the first and second recognition output lines by the parasitic capacitance between the control signal line and the recognition output lines to cause similar signal interference to the first and second recognition output lines. During the identity recognition time period, the signal interference in the electric signal outputted by the first recognition output line can be removed by utilizing the similar noise signal received by the second recognition output line, in such a way to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and detection precision of the identity recognition signal.

Abstract: A touch display substrate and a touch detection method thereof. The touch display substrate includes: a base substrate, and a photo-sensitive touch element and an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (“OLED”) device that are arranged on the base substrate sequentially. The photo-sensitive touch element includes a touch electrode layer, a photo-sensitive material layer, an insulating layer and an ITO layer that are arranged sequentially, wherein an orthographic projection of a touch sensing area of the touch electrode layer completely covers an orthographic projection of a pattern of the photo-sensitive material layer, and is within an orthographic projection of the ITO layer. The arrangement of the photo-sensitive touch element neither changes the sequence of manufacturing the layers of the display substrate, nor affects the illumination of the touch display substrate and is suitable for manufacturing a large-size touch screen.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a pixel circuit, a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit comprises a display driving circuit. The display driving circuit comprises a reset sub-circuit, a writing sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit, a light-emitting control sub-circuit, and a light-emitting device. The reset sub-circuit is configured to reset the driving sub-circuit. The writing sub-circuit is configured to write a data voltage into the driving sub-circuit. The light-emitting control sub-circuit is connected to the driving sub-circuit and an anode of the light-emitting device and is configured to provide driving current, through the driving sub-circuit, for causing the light-emitting device to emit light. The pixel circuit further comprises a detection circuit configured to collect incident light and output a collection result to the read signal line. One or more transistors are shared between the detection circuit and the display driving circuit.

The shielding pattern is configured to shield irradiation light and allow detection light to be transmitted to the photosensitive device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a flexible display panel and a display apparatus. In one embodiment, light sensitive effect-based photo-sensitive diodes and switching transistors for controlling signal output of the photo-sensitive diodes are integrated in the display panel. Once a touch operation of an object (e.g., a finger) is implemented on a surface of the display panel, the photo-sensitive diode in a corresponding position can convert a sensed light intensity difference into an electrical signal difference to achieve detection of the touch operation.

The optical fingerprint identification device includes a light emitting structure and a photosensitive sensor. Abstract: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit include a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.
