Abstract: The disclosure provides a substrate and a sensing method thereof, a touch panel and a display device. The substrate comprises at least two sensing layers, wherein any two of the at least two sensing layers are a first sensing layer and a second sensing layer, respectively; and, the first sensing layer comprises an array of first sensing units, and the second sensing layer comprises an array of second sensing units, any one of the first sensing units within a sensing region is overlapped with more than one of the second sensing units, and any one of the second sensing units within the sensing region is overlapped with more than one of the first sensing units.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fingerprint identification component, a fingerprint identification method and a fingerprint identification device. the fingerprint identification component includes an ultrasonic wave transmission circuit and an ultrasonic wave reception circuit, the ultrasonic wave transmission circuit is configured to transmit an ultrasonic wave in a direction towards a fingerprint at an interval of a first time period in a detection phase; the ultrasonic wave reception circuit is configured to, in the detection phase, receive an ultrasonic wave reflected by the fingerprint, convert the ultrasonic wave into an electric signal, and output the electric signal to a signal reading line, in order for an external detection component to determine texture information of the fingerprint according to the electric signal in the signal reading line.

Abstract: A fingerprint identification detection circuit, a touch screen and a display device is disclosed. The fingerprint identification detection circuit can include a photosensitive diode, a first switch transistor, a second switch transistor and a voltage follower transistor, wherein the first switch transistor can include a metal oxide transistor, and the second switch transistor and the voltage follower transistor both can include a low-temperature polycrystalline silicon transistor. There is little current leaking from the first switch transistor by using the metal oxide transistor as the first switch transistor. Even in the case of low light intensity, photocurrent can be detected, which may thereby improve the detection precision of the fingerprint identification detection circuit.

Abstract: A display panel has a light-exit side and a non-light-exit side opposite to the light-exit side. A direction pointing to the non-light-exit side from the light-exit side is a first direction. In the first direction, the display panel includes a coded aperture mask layer and an optical sensing layer. The coded aperture mask layer includes a plurality of first light-transmission portions and a plurality of first light-shielding portions. The coded aperture mask layer is configured to form at least one part of a coded aperture array. The optical sensing layer includes a plurality of optical sensors. The optical sensing layer is configured to receive texture recognition light passed through the coded aperture array and convert optical signals of the texture recognition light into electrical signals. The texture recognition light is light carrying information about a texture to be recognized.
