    摘要: Disclosed herein are a graphite crucible for electromagnetic induction-based silicon melting and an apparatus for silicon melting/refining using the same, which performs a melting operation by a combination of indirect melting and direct melting. The crucible is formed of a graphite material and includes a cylindrical body having an open upper part through which a silicon raw material is charged into the crucible, and an outer wall surrounded by an induction coil, wherein a plurality of slits are vertically formed through the outer wall and an inner wall of the crucible such that an electromagnetic force created by an electric current flowing in the induction coil acts toward an inner center of the crucible to prevent a silicon melt from contacting the inner wall of the crucible.

The kit for the detection of phosphorylation of the present invention facilitates simple and fast measurement of phosphorylation with a minimum amount of a sample, compared with the conventional method using an antibody, because it uses a radioisotope. This chip and kit can be effectively used for the analysis of kinase activity since this method favors fast mass analysis.

By using the exposure apparatus and a method of measuring a position error of a beam, a measurement time period is reduced, and a position error of a beam is simply and accurately determined.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a method of preparing a technetium-99m-labeled iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanoparticle and a diagnostic imaging or therapeutic agent for cancer diseases comprising the nanoparticle. The 99mTc-iron oxide nanoparticle is prepared using an acidic solution or a borohydride anion exchange resin as a reducing agent, and thus, is easy to inject into the body, and its biodistribution and excretion from the body is easily predicted. The 99mTc-iron oxide nanoparticle eliminates cancerous tissues as well as enabling non-invasive real-time imaging for obtaining anatomical information about cancerous tissues and tissue functions without the need for surgery. Also, the iron oxide nanoparticle may be useful as an imaging agent for various diseases including tumors, contagious diseases and genetic defects.
