    摘要： An eccentric bearing for an electrohydraulic piston pump assembly of a vehicle brake system includes a shaft which can be driven in rotation about its axis, a bearing ring which is eccentric relative to the shaft, and rolling bodies arranged between the bearing ring and the shaft. The rolling bodies have different diameters corresponding to a varying width of a gap between the bearing ring and the shaft. When the shaft is driven in rotation, an eccentricity of the bearing ring circulates around the shaft at half of the rotational speed of the shaft and drives pump pistons. The pump pistons bear at the outside against the bearing ring so as to perform a reciprocating movement.

    摘要： A method for emptying a blood tubing set of a blood treatment device that includes an extracorporeal blood circuit with a membrane filter includes supplying air or gas to the blood tubing set to displace liquid therein. The blood tubing set includes arterial and venous patient blood tubes in communication with a first chamber of the membrane filter. The device also includes a substituate line which opens into the arterial blood tube and/or into the venous blood tube, and a substituate pump. To empty the blood tubing set, the arterial blood tube and the venous blood tube are connected to one another to provide a circuit that includes the membrane filter, the arterial blood tube, and the venous blood tube. The substituate line is disconnected, and the air or gas is pumped into the blood tubing set so as to displace liquid into a second chamber of the membrane filter.

    摘要： An eccentric bearing for an electrohydraulic piston-pump assembly of a vehicle brake system includes a shaft configured to be driven rotationally about its axis, a bearing ring eccentric relative to the shaft, and, in a gap between the bearing ring and shaft, rolling bodies with different diameters according to a differing width of the gap. When the shaft is rotationally driven, an eccentricity of the bearing ring circulates the shaft more slowly than the rotational speed of the shaft and drives a reciprocating movement of pump pistons which bear against the bearing ring. To ensure that the rolling bodies roll on and circulate the shaft, a radial elasticity loads the rolling bodies with prestress against the shaft and bearing ring. The prestress is caused by an undersize of the bearing ring or by an elastic ring on the shaft, on at least one rolling body or in the bearing ring.

    摘要： A method is provided for rinsing and/or filling a blood treatment device, in particular for priming such a device. The blood treatment device includes at least one membrane filter, in particular a hollow fiber membrane filter, at least one first partial circuit, and at least one second partial circuit, with the first and second partial circuit being separated by the membrane filter in a semipermeable manner. The first partial circuit is first filled with a fluid with a uniform and/or a pulsatile first volumetric flow rate that does not exceed a specified threshold value. At this value the fluid has not yet completely wetted and/or soaked the membrane, and/or the second partial circuit is at least temporarily open towards the atmosphere, and air is displaced from the first into the second partial circuit via the membrane filter, and/or during filling no negative pressure is applied to the first partial circuit.
