    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication by a user equipment, comprising receiving a first configuration indicating a scheduled time at which a signal is to be communicated between the apparatus and a network entity, the scheduled time being within a time interval associated with a first network energy state of the network entity. The implementations further include receiving a second configuration mapping the signal with a second network energy state of the network entity. The implementations further include receiving or transmitting the signal at the scheduled time while the network entity is in the second network energy state based on the second configuration.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatus, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums for indicating or switching among or between different precoding types for one or more communication elements.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to transmit, to a base station via a reconfigurable surface at a first transmission occasion, a first reference signal associated with a first reflection matrix configuration used by the reconfigurable surface to reflect signals, the first reflection matrix configuration included within a set of reflection matrix configurations. The UE may then transmit, to the base station via the reconfigurable surface at a second transmission occasion, a second reference signal associated with a second reflection matrix configuration used by the reconfigurable surface to reflect signals, the second reflection matrix configuration included within the set of reflection matrix configurations. The may then communicate with the base station via the reconfigurable surface based on transmitting the first reference signal, the second reference signal, or both.
