Abstract: Devices and techniques for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, broadcasted from a base station, a system information block (SIB) including access control information (e.g., unified access control (UAC) barring information) for communications over an air-to-ground (ATG) network. In some examples, the UE may identify the UAC barring information in an information element (IE) in the SIB, in one or more IEs of a barring IE in the SIB, based on one or more access identities, based on one or more access categories, or any combination thereof. The UE may transmit, to the base station, signaling indicating an access request to the ATG network based on the receiving of the SIB, identifying the UAC barring information, or both. The UE may communicate with the base station over the ATG network based on the transmitting of the signaling.

The UE may selectively provide HARQ feedback for the downlink communication based at least in part on the HARQ identifier and information indicating whether HARQ feedback is disabled for the HARQ process. Each of the first plurality of reference signals may be associated with a corresponding one of a first plurality of beams. Accordingly, the UE may transmit, to the serving cell, a report based at least in part on the first set of measurements when the first plurality of beams includes a quantity of beams that satisfies the beam quantity threshold. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for bandwidth part (BWP) switching by frequency shifting and/or by transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state configuration. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a BWP configuration indicating a frequency location and bandwidth of at least a first BWP; receiving signaling indicating at least one frequency shift to determine a second BWP from a frequency location of the first BWP; and communicating on the second BWP after performing a BWP switch from the first BWP to the second BWP based on the at least one frequency shift.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may support both unicast and multicast downlink signaling, such as on a single component carrier (CC). A UE may receive a unicast message over a first CC during a transmission time interval (TTI) using a first set of processing resources. The UE may simultaneously receive a multicast message over the first CC during the same TTI using a second set of processing resources. The first and second sets of processing resources may be associated with first and second hybrid automatic repeat request (HARM) soft buffers, first and second CCs, or first and second transmit/receive points (TRPs).
