    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing a vinyl chloride polymer having good thermal stability due to the restraint of dehydrochlorination by heat or ultraviolet rays, and a vinyl chloride polymer prepared thereby. In the preparation method, a modifier is introduced at the end of a polymerization process to impart the vinyl chloride polymer with high thermal stability without inducing modification. Therefore, the generation of dehydrochlorination due to heat or ultraviolet rays may be markedly restrained, thermal stability may be improved, and discoloration or the modification of physical properties may be prevented in the vinyl chloride polymer thus prepared.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a vinyl chloride seed, comprising adding a vinyl chloride monomer, an emulsifier and a polymerization initiator to an aqueous medium, homogenizing droplets using a homogenizer pump, and polymerizing the homogenized droplets. The method provides a more stable latex by minimizing residual monomers by performing polymerization after adding a higher aliphatic alcohol serving as a monomer absorption enhancer and then performing homogenization, and additionally, improves productivity and reduces amount of scale generated by increasing the efficiency of monomer consumption during polymerization. Further, by applying the vinyl chloride-based seed to seed emulsion polymerization of vinyl chloride resins, polymer reactivity is improved, the reaction time of the seed emulsion polymerization is effectively reduced, the sizes of small and large particles are controlled and the particle diameter of the vinyl chloride resin is thus controlled.

    摘要: Provided are a vinyl chloride-based resin formed by polymerization of vinyl chloride-based small seed particles having an average particle diameter range of 0.15 μm to 0.5 μm prepared by emulsion polymerization and vinyl chloride-based large seed particles having an average particle diameter range of 0.51 μm to 0.8 μm prepared by micro-suspension polymerization, in which a content ratio (weight ratio) of the large seed particles to the small seed particles is in a range of 1 to 2, and a method of preparing the vinyl chloride-based resin. Excellent low viscosity characteristics of the vinyl chloride resin at high and low shear rates may be obtained by controlling the particle size of the small seed prepared by emulsion polymerization.
