    摘要： The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for the production of an endless honeycomb band, consisting of flatly adjacent, partially bonded strips, which band can be drawn out by stretching in band longitudinal direction to form a honeycomb. Film sheets are continuously drawn off from a plurality of coils, provided on one side with equally spaced glue strips running mutually parallel in the sheet longitudinal direction and subsequently being laid one on top of another. The gluing is performed with a hotmelt adhesive, which is sprayed onto each film sheet in the form of a plurality of strips. The glue strips of the one film sheet are arranged offset with respect to the above-lying or below-lying film sheet by half a strip spacing in each case. The multi-ply film band is then treated for the intersetting of its individual plies by pressure and/or temperature and is finally divided transversely into sections of the desired width, which are stacked one on top of the other and pressed to form the endless honeycomb band. Film sheet sections of the same length are cut off, after the setting of its plies, from the end of the film band lying at the front in conveying direction, and are placed in layers one on top of another into intermediate stacks, which are pressed individually into packs. The packs are successively divided up into band sections, which are pressed to form the honeycomb band under the application of heat and subsequently cooled.

    摘要： The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for the production of stamp or photo album leaves with slip-in pockets for the stamps. Two transparent sheets in web form are linearly bonded to one another, and slip-in pockets are stamped out of the bonded sheet material to form double sheet pockets joined along a linear edge. The slip-in pockets are stamped out of the double sheet web by a stamping tool assembly in a predetermined arrangement corresponding to the pocket placement intended for the album leaf, and holds them firmly in this arrangement by a partial vacuum. In the meantime, an adhesive has been applied to the album leaf in the places provided for the slip-in pockets. The album leaf is then brought into contact with the slip-in pockets held fast by partial vacuum on the stamping tool so that the pockets are secured to the album leaf.

    摘要： The surface of a substrate, particularly a multi-layer substrate, is wiredy an apparatus including a tool carrier and a substrate carrier. The substrate carrier is positioned in a substantially horizontal plane so it is situated opposite the tool carrier. The substrate carrier is displaced relative to the tool carrier in the horizontal plane, i.e., relative to the vertical plane. A heating element and an electric wire dispenser are carried by the tool carrier. The dispenser includes a wire outlet orifice situated close to an end of the heating element. The heating element is longitudinally translated within a sleeve having an axis directed toward the substrate carrier. A rotary support carrying the dispenser is rotatable around the sleeve axis to enable the wire outlet orifice to be positioned with respect to the end of the heating element as a function of the relative displacement between the substrate carrier and tool carrier.

    摘要： In a method of producing cigarette filter sleeves, a paper tape is moved at constant velocity and spaced, single or double, filters are placed and adhesively fixed to the tape. Once the filters have been fixed to the tape the tape is wrapped, with the exception of a projecting edge portion of the tape, around successive filters using an endless moulding belt to feed the tape. An adhesive is then applied to the projecting edge portion, which is closed to form a continuous sleeve. The continuous sleeve is cut into individual cigarette filter sleeves.
