A method of producing floor panels, wherein the method includes the steps of: separating a sheet formed surface layer material into surface strips; and gluing the surface strips to a sheet of core material to be cut into a plurality of floor panels, and providing a space between the surface strips, and cutting the sheet of core material, at the space, into at least two individual floor panels, forming a mechanical locking system in the sheet of core material at the space.

摘要： A cutting mechanism includes a cutter roll and a rotational driving mechanism for rotationally driving the cutter roll. The cutter roll has a roll body and a blade portion protruding from a peripheral surface of the roll body. The blade portion is formed at a same position on a circumference of the roll body and extends in an axial direction of the roll body. The cutter roll is arranged so that the axial direction is at a predetermined angle with respect to a pull-out direction of the reinforcing fiber material. The cutting mechanism further includes a slide mechanism that displaces cutter roll in the axial direction toward a side in the pull-out direction of the reinforcing fiber material at least when the reinforcing fiber material is cut.

A cutting position in the width direction A2, in which a polarizing sheet material MP is to be cut along its longitudinal direction A1, is determined based on the numbers of defects counted with respect to plural points in the width direction A2 of the polarizing sheet material MP. This makes it possible to determine the cutting position in such a way that a region with many defects does not fall within the cut width, so that a higher-yield cutting position can be determined. The cutting position can also be determined using a simple process in which defects are counted with respect to plural points in the width direction A2.

The method involves using the press cutting die to cut a first base material into cut pieces, positioning the press cutting die on the positioning jig with the positioning plate held therebetween, using the pressing jig to push the cut pieces into the material receiving holes of the positioning plate; preparing a shoe sole preform that is made of a second base material and has binding portions positionally corresponding to the material receiving holes; applying adhesive to the binding portions and to the cut pieces; and butting the positioning plate with the shoe sole preform, whereby the cut pieces of the first base material are bound with the binding portions in a batch.

Individual reservoirs are conjoined to form a matrix of reservoirs which may be cut to accommodate the artist's desire for color capacity. The ink palette is specifically adapted to the art of tattooing in that the palette may be secured to a work surface by the use of an ointment, like petroleum jelly, and each reservoir may have indentations on their bottoms in order to facilitate securement by the use of such compounds. Each reservoir may have a rim above the adjacent connectors so as to lessen mixing of the pigments.
