摘要: A one-piece tape cutting device is provided, comprising: a tape shaft, a tape pressing part, a cutting part, a tape supporting part, a side plate, and a pressing plate, and all are integrally formed without being connected by any fasteners. the tape is sleeved on the outside of the tape shaft from the opposite side of the side plate, the pressing plate is stretched by the tape and away from the tape shaft, so that the tape is pressed by the pressing plate and does not rotate, the tape is restricted by the anti-dislodging piece and does not disengage, and the end of the tape is pulled through the gap between the tape supporting part and the tape pressing part, and non-adhesive surface of the tape faces the tape pressing part, and the cutting part can cut through the tape.

摘要: The disclosure provides a strap pulling device, the strap pulling device comprises a cutter mechanism, a first strap pulling mechanism and a second strap pulling mechanism. The first strap pulling mechanism and the second strap pulling mechanism are configured to alternately clamp a strap at a pulling position located upstream of a cutting position and pull the strap to a transfer position located downstream the cutting position. When the first strap pulling mechanism pulls the clamped strap to the transfer position, the second strap pulling mechanism clamps the strap at the pulling position, the cutter mechanism cuts the strap at the cutting position to acquire a strap segment. When the second strap pulling mechanism pulls the clamped strap to the transfer position, the first strap pulling mechanism clamps the strap at the pulling position, the cutter mechanism cuts the strap at the cutting position to acquire a strap segment.

摘要: A dunnage system may include a converting station including a converter configured for pulling in a stream of sheet material and converting the material into dunnage, and an inlet guide having an inlet surface that is coiled such that first and second ends of the inlet surface are discontinuous with each other to define a gap therebetween, the inlet surface configured to channel the sheet material into the converter. A cutter for a dunnage system may include a blade with first and second phases of serrations that are coextensive over at least a portion of the blade, the first phase providing cutting serrations for cutting the dunnage, and the second phase comprising ledges for focusing the cutting and preventing or reducing bunching of the dunnage towards a side of the blade. A method of converting dunnage may also be provided.

The controller calculates a position shift of the workpiece based on the position of the workpiece detected by the detector and adjusts, based on the calculated position shift, a holding position of a workpiece by the pick-and-place machine in a future operation.

The supply station is configured to receive fanfold stock material and manipulate the fanfold stock material into being withdrawn from the supply station in a non-planar configuration. The supply station is associated with the dunnage conversion machine such that the dunnage conversion machine operably draws fanfold stock material from the top of a stack of fanfold stock material.

摘要: Systems for providing efficient manufacturing of sheet or box structures, corrugate sheets, or other products of varying size and structure often with pre-applied print (“pre-print”) are provided herein. The systems include various features and modules that enable automated control of the corrugator, including the knives, slitters, scorers and cut-to-mark detection system(s), are contemplated. Colored markings may be used to indicate an order change section between two order sections of a roll plan for the manufacturing process. The colored markings are detected as the corrugator runs and, once detected, a controller determines a next set of order instructions—e.g., to match the upcoming order. Thus, an order change may occur, thereby enabling automated control of the corrugator based on the new order instructions. Computer readable markings may enable checking of the actual position in the roll plan to an intended position, enabling stopping or changing of the corrugator operation if needed.

摘要: Various embodiments of a hand tape applicator and system including such applicator are disclosed. The hand tape applicator includes a body, a spindle connected to the body that is configured to receive a tape roll that includes tape, and an ergonomic handle connected to the body. The applicator further includes a roller mechanism connected to the body that is configured to apply the tape to a substrate. The roller mechanism includes a head and a tape roller extending along a roller axis between a first end and a second end of the tape roller. The tape roller is connected to the head at each of the first and second ends. The applicator further includes a force sensor connected to the head. The force sensor is configured to detect a force between the tape roller and the head and provide a signal indicative of the force.

摘要: Discussed is an apparatus for notching an electrode sheet, the apparatus including a transfer unit having first and second transfer rollers provided on a bottom surface of the electrode sheet to transfer the electrode sheet at regular intervals, a jig unit provided below the electrode sheet, and supporting the bottom surface of the non-coating portion and a notching unit provided above the electrode sheet to notch the non-coating portion supported on the jig unit to provide the electrode tab, wherein the jig unit includes a rotation member provided between the first and second transfer rollers and rotated in a direction perpendicular to a transfer direction of the electrode sheet, two or more jigs provided on an outer circumferential surface of the rotation member to alternately support the non-coating portion disposed between the first and second transfer rollers when the rotation member is rotated.
