The disclosure relates to a wood material panel pressing device for pressing a fibrous press cake in order to produce a wood material panel including an inspection device that is designed to emit a signal in the event of a disruption. According to the disclosure, the wood material panel pressing device for pressing a fibrous press cake for producing an HDF panel or an MDF panel includes: an inspection device, which is designed to emit a signal in an event of a disruption, wherein: the inspection device has a camera and an evaluation unit, the camera is arranged in an intake region of the wood material panel pressing device; and the evaluation unit automatically emits a signal in an event of a blow-out of press cake particles.
Abstract:
A double belt press having a first, lower circulating plastic belt and a second, upper circulating plastic belt. The plastic belts have a first, low flexural strength, and a product gap is formed between facing strands of the plastic belts for forming a plate-like product. A first circulating lower steel belt and a second circulating upper steel belt are provided and have a second flexural strength which is high in comparison to the flexural strength of the plastic belts. A forming section is formed between the facing strands of the steel belts, which forms part of the product gap. The first, lower steel belt runs parallel and bears against a rear face of the first plastic belt in the forming section during operation, and the second upper steel belt runs parallel and bears against a rear face of the second plastic belt in the forming section during operation.
Abstract:
A cutting mechanism includes a cutter roll and a rotational driving mechanism for rotationally driving the cutter roll. The cutter roll has a roll body and a blade portion protruding from a peripheral surface of the roll body. The blade portion is formed at a same position on a circumference of the roll body and extends in an axial direction of the roll body. The cutter roll is arranged so that the axial direction is at a predetermined angle with respect to a pull-out direction of the reinforcing fiber material. The cutting mechanism further includes a slide mechanism that displaces cutter roll in the axial direction toward a side in the pull-out direction of the reinforcing fiber material at least when the reinforcing fiber material is cut.
Abstract:
A baler for making large cylindrical bales is equipped with a device for controlling the placement of a bale after it is discharged. The bale control device is coupled to fixed forward side wall sections of the baling chamber and is selectively operated such that front and rear bale control members of the device are respectively located behind and forward of a space into which a completed bale may be discharged. Thereafter, the bale control members are moved to the rear in to a location wherein the front bale control member holds the discharged bale to the rear of a path traced by the discharge gate when it swings between a raised discharge position and a lowered baling position. The rear bale control member engages a discharged bale so as to halt the rolling inertia imparted to the bale during discharge, the front and rear bale control members thus cooperating for locating the bale at rest. Once the bale is at rest, the rear bale control member is moved to a bale-clearing position wherein the rear bale control member may move forwardly relative to the bale without coming into contact with the bale.
Abstract:
Twin-wire presses for dewatering fiber suspensions are disclosed including upper and lower rolls and endless upper and lower wires running around the rolls, a pair of dewatering tables supporting the upper and lower wires and forming a dewatering space between them for initial pressing and dewatering of the fiber suspension, to form a fiber web between the wires, a roll engagement downstream of the watering tables, a final dewatering in a press frame, a press and lift arrangement for vertically adjusting the first dewatering table and a link system joined to the press frame and to an upper section of the first dewatering table which is movable from and against the second dewatering table by means of the press and lift arrangement thereby.
Abstract:
A belt tensioning system provides an improved starting principle in a large, round baler for agricultural crops. The tensioner comprises two arms, pivotally attached to one another. The front arm is pivotally attached to the baler. The rear arm is pivotally attached to the front arm, and may pivot downward under gravity when the bale chamber is empty of crop material. When pivoted down, the rear arm lowers the top of the bale forming region in the chamber, as defined by the belts. Additionally, the portion of each of the belts making up the rear of the bale forming region are reoriented in a more horizontal orientation, thus providing a forward force to aid in breaking the crop material and urging it forward to start the rolling of the bale.
Abstract:
A binding material is provided for wrapping material, such as crop material or waste material that has been shaped and/or pressed into bales, a bale includes the inventive binding material, and a baler forms the bale. The binding material includes at least one electronic memory medium integrated in the binding material. In this manner it is ensured that the memory medium is incorporated with the bale when the bale is bound, and that it can be removed from the bale when the binding material is removed from the bale, no additional measures are required to remove the memory medium from the bale.
