摘要: Unique systems, methods, techniques and apparatuses of building power management are disclosed herein. One exemplary embodiment is a system comprising a load management controller and a power circuit interrupter. The load management controller is configured to repeatedly perform a first test wherein a time rate of change of temperature of building regions is determined, repeatedly perform a second test wherein a lighting controller is operated to rank a plurality of lighting loads according to ambient light of building regions associated with the plurality of lighting loads, assign the plurality of HVACR loads and lighting loads to a plurality of load shed groups, and reduce power consumption by the plurality of HVACR loads and the plurality of lighting loads in order of the ranked load shed groups effective to minimize occupant perceptibility of the power consumption reduction while implementing the operator specified priority criteria.

The remote control may comprise a button and may be configured to wirelessly transmit a digital message in response to an actuation of the button. The load control device may be responsive to the digital message transmitted by the remote control if the remote control is associated with the load control device. The load control device may be configured to automatically operate in a first mode of operation if the remote control is not associated with the load control device, and automatically operate in a second mode of operation if the remote control is associated with the load control device.

The memory includes instructions, which, when executed by the processing circuitry cause the power receptacle control circuitry to selectively deliver power to a load via the load switching circuitry, detect a modulated light signal via the light sensor, and join a group of devices based on the modulated light signal.

摘要: A luminaire comprising: at least one light source for emitting light to illuminate an environment; an optical sensor comprising an array of photodetectors, the sensor configured to output image data indicative of the intensity of light incident on the photodetectors; and a controller arranged to receive the image data, the controller comprising: a presence detection module configured to process the image data to detect whether a being is present in said environment, and control the light emitted by the light source(s) responsive to said detection; a light sensing module configured to process the image data to determine a light level in said environment and control the light emitted by the light source(s) based on said light level; and a commissioning module configured to control the controller to operate in a commissioning mode based on the image data; and configure the luminaire in accordance with a commissioning command received whilst the controller is operating in the commissioning mode.

摘要: Systems, vehicles, and methods for controlling light are provided. In an exemplary embodiment a vehicle with a cabin includes a light senor positioned within the vehicle, where the light sensor is configured to send a light intensity signal. A lamp module is positioned within the vehicle, where the light sensor is in communication with lamp module. The lamp module is configured to trigger a darkness lighting scheme when the light intensity signal is at about a darkness set value or less. A lamp is positioned within the cabin, where the lamp is in communication with the lamp module. The lamp is configured to emit a darkness spectrum when the lamp is activated and when the lamp module triggers the darkness lighting scheme. The darkness spectrum has a maximum illumination wavelength less than about 555 nanometers.

摘要: A sensor and control module is provided that includes an antenna formed as an integral component of a lens fastener or a housing of the module. A lens may be attached to the housing by the lens fastener. The module may further include a light responsive detector located in the housing so as to receive light through the lens, circuitry configured to generate a control signal dependent on the light sensed by the light responsive detector, and a wireless radio-frequency transmitter coupled to the antenna and configured to wirelessly transmit the control signal via the antenna. The sensor and control module may be incorporated in a luminaire within a wireless lighting control system.

摘要: A control panel or display device that includes a light source, a controller, an illuminated element, a light conductor, and a light sensor. The controller generates a control signal instructing the light source when to generate light. The light conductor conducts light generated by the light source to the illuminated element to illuminate it. The light conductor receives ambient light through the illuminated element when the light source is not generating light. The light sensor receives the ambient light from the light conductor, generates a sensor signal based on the received ambient light, and sends the sensor signal to the controller. The controller determines a brightness level based at least in part on the sensor signal and encodes the brightness level in the control signal. Brightness of the light generated by the light source is based at least in part on the brightness level encoded in the control signal.
