    摘要: Electric heating system and heating method capable of adapting to various voltages are provided. The electric heating system includes: multiple heating elements, a controller, a variable-frequency charging element and at least one electric connector. The controller is electrically connected to the multiple heating elements arranged in parallel. The controller is electrically connected to the at least one electric connector through the variable-frequency charging element, allowing the electric connector to connect to power sources with different rated powers and delivers electricity to the multiple heating elements according to preset power-on logic. By adopting specific heating logic, the electric heating system and the heating method are applicable to various types of voltage inputs, independent temperature control for multiple pads is available, and adaption to all types of external power sources is enabled so as to ensure that 10 W, 18 W and 40 W external power sources can all operate at respective rated powers.

    摘要: The present teachings disclose a wire mesh heater including: a wire mesh element having a surface area including a non-contact area and a contact area along at least 50% of a wire mesh element length; a primary conductor including a slit having a contact surface, wherein the contact area contacts the contact surface to provide an electrical connection between the wire mesh element and the primary conductor. In some embodiments, the primary conductor is welded to the wire mesh element, wherein the contact area contacts the contact surface to provide an electrical connection between the wire mesh element and the primary conductor. In some embodiments, an elastic is stretched and secured tautly under tension prior to operation of the wire mesh heater, and the elastic keeps the wire mesh element tautly under tension during operation of the wire mesh heater.

The assembly generally includes a heater characterized by a resistive heating element and a dielectric substrate, and a resistive sensor, substantially coextensive with the resistive heating element of the heater and united therewith so as to define a composite heating assembly. The resistive heating element is supported upon the dielectric substrate, with the heater including leads for operative union with a current source. The resistive sensor is characterized by a first resistive sensor portion having a resistive material delimiting a first resistive pattern, and a second resistive sensor portion having a resistive material delimiting a second resistive pattern.
