The resin particles are composed of resin particles (X), each of which has a shell layer (S) containing a crystalline polyurethane resin (B) on the surface of a core layer (Q) containing a crystalline resin (A). The maximum peak temperature (Ta) of the heat of fusion of the crystalline resin (A) is 40 to 70° C. and the maximum peak temperature (Tu) of the heat of fusion of the crystalline polyurethane resin (B) is 50 to 90° C.
