    摘要: Provided are resin particles which have excellent thermal bondability, excellent low-temperature fixability, excellent heat resistant storage stability and high bonding strength, and which provide a coating film that has high gloss and excellent water resistance. The resin particles are composed of resin particles (X), each of which has a shell layer (S) containing a crystalline polyurethane resin (B) on the surface of a core layer (Q) containing a crystalline resin (A). The maximum peak temperature (Ta) of the heat of fusion of the crystalline resin (A) is 40 to 70° C. and the maximum peak temperature (Tu) of the heat of fusion of the crystalline polyurethane resin (B) is 50 to 90° C.

    摘要: A method for making a low density foamed article includes placing a desired amount of thermoplastic polyurethane foam beads in a cavity of an injection mold and closing the mold; combining in an extruder connected to the mold a molten polymer selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers and thermoplastic ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers with both a physical or chemical blowing agent other than a supercritical fluid present in an amount up to about 15 wt % based on molten polymer weight and a supercritical fluid that is at least one of about 0.1 to about 5 weight percent of supercritical CO2 based on molten polymer weight or about 0.1 to about 4 weight percent of supercritical N2 based on molten polymer weight, to form a mixture and injecting the mixture into the mold and foaming the mixture to form the low density foamed article.

    摘要: A gas barrier laminate having an undercoating (A) which comprises a main resin, an isocyanate type curing agent and an alkaline compound of a polyvalent metal; and a barrier layer (B) of a polycarboxylic acid polymer forming an ionic crosslinking due to the polyvalent metal among the carboxyl groups; formed on at least one surface of a plastic base material (P), wherein a region (b) free of the alkaline compound of the polyvalent metal is formed in the undercoating (A) on the side of the barrier layer (B), the content of nitrogen in the region (b) being larger than the content of nitrogen in the undercoating (A) other than the region (b), the gas barrier laminate having excellent gas barrier property, retort resistance, producibility as well as excellent flexibility without developing interlayer peeling even if it is folded and featuring excellent interlayer adhesion.
