    摘要： A pallet container for storing and transporting liquid filling materials includes an plastics inner container and a supporting casing which closely encloses the plastics inner container and is made of a tubular lattice frame which is fastened to an upper outer rim of the pallet. The pallet has a flat pallet top deck for supporting the inner container, and a pallet substructure having four corner feet and four middle feet arranged there between, and a horizontally peripheral bottom ring. The pallet top deck is made of a flat, planar rectangular metal plate which has on each outer side a short downward-facing folded edge extending along the outer sides. The folded edge is pressed by the tubular lattice frame against the corner and middle feet into a folded-edge conforming recess and is fixed such that the metal plate is spanned at its four outer sides linearly on the pallet, substructure.

The central skid and the outer skids are connected to one another by a skid bridge forming a pallet base, which can be handled independent from the pallet floor, and that, for establishing a non-positive plug-in connection with the pallet base, the pallet floor furthermore encompasses engagement devices, which are assigned to the support feet and which interact with assigned engagement devices of the support feet.

    摘要： A pallet is formed from a thermoplastic material of the polyolefin type, from two pieces, base and deck, that can be coupled to each other with fasteners therebetween. The base and deck are provided with posts each projecting in a direction towards the other and able to be coupled to each other in order to form hollow columns. The posts projecting from the base form the outer wall of a plurality of columns, and the posts projecting from the deck are located at the interior of the columns, forming the inner wall thereof and thus constituting a hollow passage between the outer and inner walls of the columns. The hollow space is filled up with a foamed material to provide a greater impact resistance and resistance to disassembly under normal conditions of operation. The pallet can be integrally recycled without the need to separate the components thereof.

The longitudinal supports have in cross-section an area with a circular ring-shaped cross-section. The load bearing bridges have legs. Snap-on-connectors with a circular segment-shaped cross-section are formed on the legs. The longitudinal supports are supported with the circular ring-shaped cross-section rotatably about an axis of rotation and exchangeably in the snap-on connectors, respectively. The axis of rotation extends in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the longitudinal supports.
