In at least one of the first main surface and the second main surface, a surface roughness Ra is not more than 10 nm, a surface roughness Rz is not more than 40 nm in each of a rolling direction and a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction, and the number of peak counts is not less than 10 when a reference length is 40 μm, the number of peak counts being determined from a roughness curve in at least one of the rolling direction and the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction.

摘要: An aluminium-zinc-hot-dipped and colour-coated steel plate having a 600 MPa yield strength grade and a high elongation and a manufacturing method thereof, with the chemical components in mass percentage of a substrate of the steel plate being: 0.07-0.15% of C, 0.02-0.5% of Si, 1.3-1.8% of Mn, N≤0.004%, S≤0.01%, Ti≤0.20%, Nb≤0.060%, and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities, and meanwhile satisfying the conditions of: (C+Mn/6)≥0.3%; Mn/S≥150; Nb satisfying 0.01%≤(Nb-0.22C-1.1N)≤0.06% where no Ti is contained; Ti satisfying 0.5≤Ti/C≤1.5 where no Nb is contained; and 0.04%≤(Ti+Nb)≤0.26% where Ti and Nb are added in combination. The steel plate has a yield strength of ≥600 MPa, a tensile strength of ≥650 MPa, an elongation after fracture of ≥12%, a good strength and toughness and an excellent corrosion resistance.

摘要: Provided is a ferritic stainless steel and method of manufacturing the same. The ferritic stainless steel comprises, by weight percent, 0.02% or less of carbon (C), 0.02% or less of nitrogen (N), 1.0% or less of silicon (Si), 1.20% or less of manganese (Mn), 0.05% or less of phosphorus (P), 10.0 to 25.0% of chromium (Cr), 0.5 to 2.0% of molybdenum (Mo), 0.01 to 0.30% of titanium (Ti), 0.30 to 0.70% of niobium (Nb), and the remainder consisting of iron (Fe) and other unavoidable impurities. The ferritic stainless steel comprises niobium (Nb) laves phase precipitate, and precipitate containing niobium (Nb) and carbon (C) or nitrogen (N), 30 to 70% of the precipitates are distributed in a region within 1 μm from the grain boundaries, and the average particle size of the precipitates is 0.5 μm or less.

摘要: Disclosed are metalworking rollers for fabricating multi-gauge sheet metal parts, methods for making and methods for using such rollers, and rolling mill machines employing variable-radius metalworking rollers for fabricating multi-gauge metal components. A metalworking roller for a rolling mill machine is disclosed. The metalworking roller includes a cylindrical roller body that rotatably and drivingly connects to the rolling mill machine. An outer diameter surface spanning around the roller body circumference includes an outermost peak region and an innermost valley region recessed radially inward from the outermost peak region and elongated circumferentially around the roller body. During operation of the rolling mill machine, the outermost and innermost regions of the roller body's outer diameter surface sequentially press against and thereby modify the gauge of a metal workpiece. Each region has a respective transverse width and circumferential length extending across and around the longitudinal length and circumference, respectively, of the roller body.

摘要: A stiff, lightweight metal laminate includes a first continuous metal layer, a second continuous metal layer, and a reduced density metal core layer disposed between the first and second continuous metal layers. The reduced density metal core layer comprises a core metal and has an average density that is less than the density of the core metal. Planar metallurgical bonds secure the first and second continuous metal layers to the reduced density metal core layer. The metal laminate may be manufactured by press rolling the reduced density metal core layer sandwiched between the two continuous metal layers, after removing or overcoating the native oxide layer on each layer surface that contacts another layer in the metal laminate.

摘要: A method for producing a thickness-profiled metal strip in which at least one opening is produced in the metal strip and in a subsequent step, the metal strip is longitudinally rolled with at least one roller that penetrates into the metal strip in some regions across its strip width and thus a thickness profiling at least in the width direction of the metal strip is produced. In order to improve the reproducibility of the method, what is proposed is that at least one hole passing through the metal strip is produced as an opening in the metal strip, over which hole the roller that penetrates into the metal strip longitudinally rolls in order to produce the thickness profiling in the width direction of the metal strip.

摘要: Manufacturing a cold-rolled steel plate, having a steel slab having the chemical composition containing, on the basis of percent by mass, C from 0.03 to 0.08%, Si from 0 to 1.0%, Mn from 0.2 to 0.8%, P at 0.03% or less, S at 0.01% or less, and Al at 0.05% or less so as to satisfy the following: formula (1) and at least one of Nb from 0.03 to 0.4%, V from 0.01 to 0.3%, and Ti from 0.01 to 0.3% so as to satisfy the following formula (2), with a residue being formed of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel slab is heated to 1200° C. or more and hot rolled to form a hot-rolled steel plate, which is wound from 550 to 700° C. to form a hot-rolled coil, and the hot-rolled coil is cold rolled or annealed and cold rolled, obtaining cross-sectional hardness from 200 to 350 HV.
