摘要: The present invention is intended to provide a roll-bonded laminate, in which an ultrathin metal layer is laminated on another metal without generation of wrinkles, cracks and the like. A roll-bonded laminate formed by lamination of at least three layers, which comprises a peelable carrier layer 10, an ultrathin metal layer 20 and a metallic foil 30, wherein the thickness of the ultrathin metal layer 20 is 0.5 μm or more and 20 μm or less.

摘要: A brazing sheet (1) includes a core material (11) composed of an Al alloy that contains 0.20-3.0 mass % of Mg; and a filler material (12) layered on the core material and composed of an Al alloy that contains Mg, 6.0-13.0 mass % of Si, and more than 0.050 mass % and 1.0 mass % or less of Bi. The Mg concentration of the filler material becomes continuously lower in a direction from a boundary (122) with the core material to an outermost surface (121). The Mg concentration of the filler material is 0.150 mass % or less at a first depth from the outermost surface that is ⅛ of a thickness (tf) of the filler material and is 5-90% of the amount of Mg in the core material at a second depth from the outermost surface that is ⅞ of the thickness of the filler material.

摘要: Disclosed is a clad steel plate with further improved low temperature toughness along with excellent HIC resistance while ensuring a tensile strength of 535 MPa or more. A clad steel plate includes: a base steel; and a clad metal made of a corrosion resistant alloy bonded to one surface of the base steel, in which the base steel has: a chemical composition with appropriately controlled values of ACR and PHIC; and a steel microstructure in which bainite is present in an area fraction of 94% or more at a ½ thickness position in a thickness direction of the base steel, and with an average crystal grain size of 25 μm or less, and shear strength at a bonded interface between the base steel and the cladding metal is 300 MPa or more.

摘要: A roll-bonded clad metal sheet and a method for producing a roll-bonded clad metal sheet is provided. The roll-bonded clad sheet includes a metallic base material layer and a metallic cladding material layer which are joined to one another by a metallurgical bond. The metallic cladding material layer includes a nickel-based material whose chemical composition includes, in % by mass, a proportion of more than 50% of Ni and a proportion of 3.1% of Nb. The metallurgical bond is obtained by a thermomechanical rolling process including a first rolling phase for prerolling, a second rolling phase for final forming and a cooling time between the first rolling phase and the second rolling phase, wherein a final rolling temperature of the second rolling phase is set to a value equal to or less than 880° C.

摘要: An aluminum alloy brazing sheet used for brazing in an inert gas atmosphere without using flux includes a core material of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and a brazing material of aluminum alloy including Si of 4.0 mass % to 13.0 mass % and cladding one side surface or both side surfaces of the core material. One or both of the core material and the brazing material includes any one or two or more types of X atoms (X is Mg, Li, Be, Ca, Ce, La, Y, and Zr). The aluminum alloy brazing sheet is a brazing sheet in which oxide particles including the X atoms and having a volume change ratio of 0.99 or lower with respect to an oxide film before brazing heating are formed on a surface thereof, by brazing heating.

A roll-bonded laminate 1A is composed of a copper layer 10A and a stainless steel layer 20A, in which thickness of the roll-bonded laminate 1A is 0.02 mm to 0.4 mm, hardness of the copper layer 10A is 70 Hv or higher, and 180° peel strength of the roll-bonded laminate 1A is 6 N/20 mm or more.

摘要: A production apparatus for short-process metal composite plate manufacturing, comprising a metal supply device including an uncoiler (1), pinch roll (2), shot blasting machine (3), welding device (4), welding pinch roll (5), induction heating apparatus (6), metal delivery machine (7), two crystallization cooling rolls (8), secondary cooling leveling roll (9), rolling mill pinch roll (10), rolling mill (11), on-line cooling apparatus (12), straightener (13), and at least one of a dividing shear (14) and a recoiling machine (15). Also disclosed is a production method for short-process metal composite plate manufacturing. The apparatus and method combine continuous casting, rolling, and heat-treating means for single material production with continuous and large-scale production of composite plate strips, and production efficiency of composite plates is sharply improved. Single-sided or double-sided composite plate production having different thickness specifications can be performed, the optional range of a base layer or cladding material is wide.

A method of manufacturing a dual hard steel article comprises providing a first air hardenable steel alloy part comprising a first mating surface and having a first part hardness, and providing a second air hardenable steel alloy part comprising a second mating surface and having a second part hardness. The first air hardenable steel alloy part is metallurgically secured to the second air hardenable steel alloy part to form a metallurgically secured assembly, and the metallurgically secured assembly is hot rolled to provide a metallurgical bond between the first mating surface and the second mating surface.
