Abstract:
A swimming pool cleaning system for removing stains and deposits on the bottom and walls of a swimming pool. The cleaning system includes a cleaning tool having an elongated handle pivotally secured to a tool head, wherein the tool head dispenses a cleaning solution for removing stains and deposits. The tool head may also include an absorbent or sponge-like material thereon and one or more scrapers to help remove deposits. The tool head is in fluid communication with a container in which a cleaning solution can be stored. The container includes a pump thereon for allowing the user to selectively deliver the cleaning solution to the cleaning tool. Thus, the cleaning system allows a user to more easily remove stains and deposits from the walls and bottom of a pool.
Abstract:
A container labeling machine gluing apparatus which has a rotatable glue roller and a glue dispenser for dispensing glue onto the glue roller. The apparatus also has a glue thickness adjuster which adjusts the thickness of a glue layer on the glue roller. The glue thickness adjuster comprises a spring element and a glue contact element connected to the spring element, which spring element presses the glue contact element into contact with glue on the glue roller. The glue contact element is disposed upstream of remaining portions of its glue thickness adjuster in the direction of rotation of the glue roller.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A coating apparatus, which coats only the outer circumferential edge face of a workpiece with film-forming liquid, even if the workpiece is a non-circular thin lens or the like, a rotating mechanism is configured so that a workpiece and an imitating form having the same shape as the outer shape of the workpiece can rotate synchronously around the same rotation axis center, a coating mechanism includes a pressing roller that can rotate with the imitating form while being pressed against an outer circumferential edge face of the imitating form, and a coating part including a coating roller which, while being pressed against the outer circumferential edge face of the workpiece, rotates with the workpiece and applies the film forming liquid to the outer circumferential edge face of the workpiece, a rotary transmission unit that synchronously rotates the pressing roller and the coating roller having the same outer shape.
Abstract:
An apparatus for working a wet coating, such as render material, applied to a surface, the apparatus comprising: an actuator arranged to move an arm across a surface having a wet coating applied thereon; a controller configured to move the arm across the surface along a tool path; and a tool head mounted to the arm, the tool head comprising a compliance module and a tool mounted to the compliance module such that the tool is movable in a stroke direction towards the surface relative to the arm. The compliance module comprises a biasing module arranged to urge the tool in the stroke direction to maintain contact between the tool and the wet coating such that the tool works the wet coating as the arm moves across the surface.
Abstract:
A glue dispensing device includes a glue container, a first driver, an elastic member, a connecting plate, and a first limiting plate. The glue container includes a containing main body and a glue dispensing head. The glue dispensing head includes a first receiving groove and a dispensing opening. The containing main body includes a second receiving groove and a third receiving groove. The first driver is arranged in the glue container, and includes a piston, a driving portion, and a piston rod. The elastic member is arranged in the second receiving groove. The connecting plate is fixed in the first receiving groove and located at a side of the piston. A first through hole penetrates the connecting plate. The first limiting plate is movably received in the third receiving groove and fixedly sleeved on the piston rod. The elastic member abuts between the connecting plate and the first limiting plate.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a solvent-free process for producing foil with a functional coating containing an active material and a meltable polymer, the foil with a functional coating and its use as an electrode foil, electrolyte in solid-state batteries or separator for electrochemical storage. The process comprises scattering a dry powder mixture onto a foil, melting the dry powder mixture, and calendering the foil covered with the molten powder.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a substrate double-surface hole-filling apparatus for carrying out a hole-filling operation on a substrate which has a first surface and a second surface, comprises a first feeding device, a first scraping device, a first drying device, a second feeding device, a second scraping device, a second drying device and a turnover device. The substrate double-surface hole-filling apparatus has a turnover device turning over the substrate which needs to be carried out with hole-filling operation. Therefore, the substrate double-surface hole-filling apparatus can automatically carry out the hole-filling operation on two surfaces of the substrate without manual turnover of the substrate, thus improving production efficiency.
Abstract:
A device for applying a free-flowing medium to a continuously conveyed web, wherein the medium can be transferred to the web by a continuously rotating transfer (gravure) roll. An application head is provided in order to transfer the free-flowing medium to the circumference of the gravure roll. The application head includes a chamber which is open toward the circumference of the gravure roll and has an inlet and an outlet for the medium to be applied. The front outer face, in the direction of rotation, of the chamber is delimited by a front doctor blade and the rear outer face, in the direction of rotation, is delimited by a rear doctor blade. Both doctor blades are seated against the circumference of the gravure roll. The front doctor blade can be pressed against the circumference of the gravure roll by a pressing body with an adjustable pressing force.
