摘要: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle has a pneumatic brake cylinder, a brake disc, a brake caliper, a brake application device and brake pads. The brake caliper engages over the brake disc. The brake application device, which can be actuated by the brake cylinder, is arranged in the brake caliper, by which the brake pads can be pressed against the brake disc on both sides during braking. An extendable and retractable piston rod of the brake cylinder is in engagement with the brake application device, and the brake caliper is detachably fastened to the brake cylinder by means of a fastening device. The fastening device includes at least one screw with a screw head, a screw shank and an external thread formed on the screw shank and at least one bore with an internal thread formed in or on the brake cylinder, with an internal thread, into which the screw shank is screwed with the external thread, wherein the screw head is locked on a counter surface of the brake caliper. A centering device is designed and provided to center the pneumatic brake cylinder and the brake caliper against each other independently of the screw connection of the at least one screw with the at least one bore.

摘要: An adjusting device for automatically adjusting a worm on a worm wheel of a worm gear for an electromechanical auxiliary power steering system for a vehicle, includes a spring, a guide linkage, and a pressure piece. The spring is shaped so as to exert a spring force onto the guide linkage in order to radially push the guide linkage towards the worm. The guide linkage is designed to transmit the spring force onto the pressure piece. The pressure piece, which is connected to the guide linkage, is designed to contact a worm section of the worm in order to exert an adjusting force, which is produced by the spring force, onto the worm. The adjusting device additionally has a clamping device which is designed to prevent the guide linkage from moving back away from the worm.

摘要: A housing having an interior, including: a) a pressure-compensation-device (PCD), for compensating a pressure in the interior as to surroundings of the housing, the interior being connected with the PCD, and an overpressure-valve (OV) with a lip-sealing-element (LSE) with a main-part and a flexible-sealing-lip (FSL), protruding radially-outwardly from an outer-circumference of the main-part and interacts with a sealing-surface (SS); b) an annular-channel (AC), between the main-part and SS, the FSL being in sealed contact with the SS with elastic-pretensioning in a sealing-position and sealingly closes the AC to prevent a flow-conducting connection between the interior/surroundings, and is lifted away from the SS in an open-position and opens the AC to provide a flow-conducting connection between the interior/surroundings; c) the FSL position between the sealing/open positions is controlled as a function of a pressure-difference between the pressure in the interior/surroundings, d) the main-part of the LSE has an inner-gas-through-channel (IGTC) connecting the interior/surroundings, e) the PCD includes a gas-permeable-membrane covering the IGTC, f) the OV and the membrane have a parallel connection, a pressure-difference between the interior/surroundings acting on the OV/membrane, having: g) the main-part and the FSL of the LSE are a single-piece elastomer, h) a borehole in a housing-wall, connectable with the interior/surroundings, i) the LSE is held in the borehole, the sealing-surface interacting with the FSL, and is formed by the radially-inner-circumferential-surface of the borehole.

摘要: A pump apparatus for an electrohydraulic power steering mechanism for a vehicle includes a hydraulic pump, a working line, a pressure generator, a first control line, a preliminary pressure line, a compensation tank, a shut-off valve having a control inlet, and a second control line. The hydraulic pump is designed to pump a hydraulic oil out of a pump chamber to a pump outlet of the hydraulic pump. The pressure generator has a pressure generation inlet and a pressure generation outlet, and the pressure generator is designed to generate, using an inlet pressure present at the pressure generation inlet, an outlet pressure which can be provided at the pressure generation outlet and is lower than the inlet pressure. As a result, a preliminary pressure can be generated in the pump chamber.

摘要: A method for controlling a deceleration system of a vehicle is disclosed, wherein the deceleration system includes a pressure operated brake system that is a first deceleration subsystem of the deceleration system. The method activates a second deceleration subsystem of the deceleration system for applying a current deceleration effect to the vehicle; generates an activation pressure for activating the brake system, and blocks the generated activation pressure to keep the brake system deactivated. The activation pressure is released and supplied to the pressure operated brake system for activation if the current deceleration effect applied to the vehicle by the second deceleration subsystem is lower than a predetermined deceleration threshold.

摘要: A combined connector plug for a connection between a towing vehicle and a trailer is disclosed. The combined connector plug includes: a first connector plug portion configured to connect a first connector socket portion and to provide a first power supply and low-speed communication link between the towing vehicle and the trailer; and a second connector plug portion configured to connect a second connector socket portion and to provide a second power supply and a high-speed communication link between the towing vehicle and the trailer, the high-speed communication link providing a transmission rate that is higher than the low-speed communication link. The first connector plug portion is configured to connect the first connector socket portion even when the second connector plug portion is not connected to the second connector socket portion.
