    摘要: A hydraulic steering arrangement (1) including a supply port (2), a return port (4), a working port arrangement having two working ports (5, 6), a main flow path (7) between the supply port (2) and one of the working ports (5) and a return flow path (8) between the other working port (6) and the return port (4), wherein the main flow path (7) includes a main orifice (A1), a flow meter (9), a first flow meter orifice (A2) upstream the flow meter (9), a second flow meter orifice (A3) downstream the flow meter (9), and a first working port orifice (A4), the return flow path (8) includes a second working port orifice (A5), a load sensing point (17) is arranged between the main orifice (A1) and the first flow meter orifice (A2), a drain orifice (Ad) is arranged between the load sensing point (17) and the return port (4), and a priority valve arrangement (10) is arranged between the supply port (2) and the main orifice (A1). Such a steering arrangement should enable a high steering speed without loss of comfort. To this end a load sensing port (16) of the priority valve arrangement (10) is connected to the load sensing point (17), characterized in that a priority outlet (CF) of the priority valve arrangement (10) is directly connected to the main orifice (A1), the load sensing port (16) of the priority valve arrangement (10) is directly connected to the load sensing point (17) and the main flow path (7) includes a check valve (24) between the load sensing point (17) and the working port (5) of the main flow path (7), the check valve (24) opening in a direction towards the working port (5).

The industrial truck includes a pivot plate which is mounted to be rotatable about a steering axis in two steering directions, three wheels, one of the three wheels being designed as a central wheel which is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation in the pivot plate, and a hydraulic cylinder which rotates the pivot plate about the steering axis. The method includes exerting steering forces of at least approximately equal magnitude on the pivot plate to provide a rotation about the steering axis in each of the two steering directions.

A change from automatic steering to manual steering should be reliably ensured when the manual steering section is directly influenced by a driver. To this end, a switching valve (11) is provided, which is actuatable between a first position in which said driving arrangement (6) is supplied with hydraulic fluid under pressure, and a second position in which a supply of hydraulic fluid to said driving arrangement (6) is interrupted, wherein said switching valve (11) is hydraulically actuated into said second position by a pressure generated upon actuating of said manual steering section (3).

    摘要: Disclosed is a steering system which is capable of ensuring that a wheeled excavator travels straight while being driven on a paved road. The steering system for wheeled construction equipment includes: a hydraulic oil pump; a steering motor connected to the hydraulic oil pump; a steering valve controlling the operation of the steering motor; a steering handle operating the steering motor and the steering valve according to steering manipulation by the driver; and a steering cylinder steered by the manipulation of the steering handle. The steering system further includes an idle mode control unit which converts working mode into a steering mode not having straight line driving recovery performance when working mode, in which working and driving are enabled, is selected, and which converts exclusive driving mode into a steering mode having the straight line driving recovery performance through a signal input when the exclusive driving mode, in which only driving is enabled, is selected.

    摘要: A four-bar linkage is provided as a mechanical interface for transferring respective outputs from a speed/direction control device and a hydraulic steering cylinder to displacement control arms of a pair of pumps of a dual-path hydrostatic transmission including a pair of motors respectively coupled for driving a pair of front wheels of a vehicle. The hydraulic steering cylinder is fixed and has a piston rod slidably coupled to an input arm of the four-bar linkage in such a way that a rotation speed decrease occurs as the arm and a linked control plate are pivoted from a neutral position, the control plate transferring pivotal movement to effect differential movement of the displacement control arms. This results in the vehicle speed decreasing during a turn.

    摘要: The invention concerns a hydraulic steering with a steering initiator, a steering unit with feedback properties, which can be activated by the steering initiator, the steering unit having a supply connection arrangement with a pressure connection (P) and a tank connection (T) and a working connection arrangement with two working connections (L, R), an auxiliary-force operated steering valve, which is located in parallel with the steering unit between the supply connection arrangement (P, T) and the working connection arrangement (L, R), and a feedback suppressing device, which is active, when the steering valve is active. It is endeavoured to find a simple manner of ensuring the priority of the steering initiator over the steering valve. For this purpose, the steering initiator interacts with an activation sensor, which deactivates the feedback suppressing device on an activation of the steering initiator.
