Abstract:
A method of administering mobile crowdsourcing includes: receiving a plurality of requests from requestors to fulfill tasks at specified task locations; receiving an itinerary from a worker, the itinerary defining a journey the worker plans to take and including at least a starting point of the journey and an end point of the journey; automatically generating, based on the received itinerary, at least one parameterized, personlized action plan, the plan identifying a subset of the tasks for which requests had been received; and providing the plan to the worker.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a method for automatic processing of forms using augmented reality. In an embodiment, a filled-out application form including one or more fields is scanned in augmented reality mode and its one or more images are captured. The captured images are used to identify the form type by comparing them with an original application form and to generate an electronic version of the form. Subsequently, filled-out content in the images is extracted and compared with a retrieved configuration file, which has a type same as the identified type of the filled-out application form. Based on this comparison, one or more messages are generated that are superimposed on the electronic version of the form in the augmented reality mode and that both are displayed.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for crowdsourcing a software development project. The method includes segregating the software development project into one or more modules based on at least one configuration file. The at least one configuration file is deterministic of at least a set of dependencies between the one or more modules. Further, a task corresponding to at least one module from the one or more modules is created. The task is crowdsourced to one or more crowdworkers. Thereafter, a source code of the at least one module, received as a response for the task, is integrated with one or more source codes of remaining of the one or more modules to generate an integrated software package based on said at least one configuration file. Further, the integrated software package is validated by performing integration testing of the integrated software package.

Abstract:
Embodiments of a system are disclosed for stress assessment of a call center agent while interacting with a customer. The system is for use with a communication network. The system includes a stress assessment device and an agent device that includes an imaging unit. The agent device is configured to capture video of a target region of exposed skin of the agent using the imaging unit, collect customer interaction data based on interaction with a customer device over the communication network, and communicate the captured video and the customer interaction data to the stress assessment device. The stress assessment device is configured to passively estimate agent stress-level based on the received video, and generate feedback to the agent based on correlation between the customer interaction data and the estimated stress-level over a predefined time interval.
Abstract:
The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for context-aware and personalized access to data corresponding to an event. The data is related to multiple predefined parameters including a location, date, time, and a classifier representing a status or an impact intensity for the event. The method includes receiving the data and an event type for the data. The event type is selected from multiple predefined event types. The method also includes creating a hierarchical data structure configured to spatially index the data based on the selected event type. The hierarchical data structure includes a node representing the selected event type. The node is augmented using a linked list for referring to the data to be stored in a database. The node is associated with a frequency of occurrence of the selected event type.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for crowdsourcing a task. The method includes extracting one or more components from at least one task based on a task category associated with the at least one task. Each component corresponds to a part of the at least one task, that requires an input from a crowdworker. Further, the one or more components are categorized in a set of first categories, each of which includes similar components, and a second category that includes dissimilar components. The categorization is based on a comparison between content of each of component, and the task category. Thereafter, a representative component from at least one category from the set of first categories, and at least one component from the second category are combined to create the task. The task, so created, is crowdsourced to one or more crowdworkers.
Abstract:
Some embodiments are directed to document banking systems and methods for facilitating service to an account holder. A document banking system includes a receiver for receiving a service request from the account holder and a service point manager for maintaining information about registered service points and service(s) provided by them. The document banking system also includes a location manager for maintaining information about location of the account holder. The system further includes a transaction engine for identifying a service point based on the service request and the location of the account holder; adding document(s) required for processing the service request in a document transfer queue of the service point; generate and provide a reference number to the account holder; and transfer the document(s) to a document account of the service point based on one or more conditions to prompt the service point to provide the service based on the document(s).

Abstract:
Disclosed are methods and systems for transmitting a first electronic message to an employee. The method further includes generating a first data structure based on one or more first parameters of one or more electronic messages, one or more demographic attributes associated with the employee and one or more second parameters representative of one or more feedbacks provided by the employee on each of the one or more electronic messages other than the first electronic message. The method further includes determining a priority of the first electronic message, wherein the determination of the priority comprises predicting the one or more second parameters associated with the employee for the first electronic message based on the one or more second data structures. The method further includes transmitting the first electronic message to the employee based on the determined priority of the first electronic message.
