Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for crowdsourcing a task. The method includes extracting one or more components from at least one task based on a task category associated with the at least one task. Each component corresponds to a part of the at least one task, that requires an input from a crowdworker. Further, the one or more components are categorized in a set of first categories, each of which includes similar components, and a second category that includes dissimilar components. The categorization is based on a comparison between content of each of component, and the task category. Thereafter, a representative component from at least one category from the set of first categories, and at least one component from the second category are combined to create the task. The task, so created, is crowdsourced to one or more crowdworkers.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for managing document workflows is disclosed. The method includes configuring and deploying a document workflow based on at least one service level agreement (SLA) parameter. The document workflow includes one or more document processing tasks. The method also includes establishing communication between the configured document workflow and a document management system. The method further includes retrieving a document from the document management system in response to at least one service request received from a first user role. The method furthermore includes accessing the retrieved document to perform the one or more document processing tasks by a second user role. The method also includes generating at least one of a notification and an alert based on statuses of the one or more document processing tasks with respect to the at least one SLA parameter.
Abstract:
The disclosed embodiments illustrate methods and systems for scheduling a batch of tasks on one or more crowdsourcing platforms. The method includes generating one or more forecast models for each of the one or more crowdsourcing platforms based on historical data associated with each of the one or more crowdsourcing platforms and a robustness parameter. Thereafter, for a forecast model, from the one or more forecast models, associated with each of the one or more crowdsourcing platforms, a schedule is generated based on the forecast model and one or more parameters associated with the batch of tasks. Further, the schedule is executed on each of the one or more forecasts models associated with the one or more crowdsourcing platforms to determine a performance score of the schedule on each of the one or more forecast models. Finally, the schedule is recommended to a requestor based on the performance score.

A method for facilitating trusted processing of multiple forms for use with a document banking system, comprising: receiving a selection of an Auto-fill option and a form from a computing device, an account holder selects the Auto-fill option, the form including fillable field(s); authenticating the account holder based on login credential(s), the account holder has a document banking account including documents within the banking system; searching a form template for the form in the banking system, the form template including at least one fillable field similar to the fillable fields of the form; extracting a value corresponding to the at least one fillable field, the value being extracted from the document(s) of the account holder; and filling the form by overlaying the extracted value on the fillable field(s) of the form, the filled form being displayed along with a status information for the fillable field(s) at the computing device.

A method including authenticating one or more service providers that provide one or more services to users, the one or more service providers being authenticated for sending content to the users via a document banking system. The method further includes receiving one or more templates from the one or more service providers. The method furthermore includes receiving content from a service provider corresponding to a service used by a user, the content is received via secure Application Program Interfaces (APIs). The method includes determining whether the service provider is an authenticated service provider and based on the determination, the method includes identifying a template corresponding to the service for which the content is received. Additionally, the method includes overlaying the received content over the identified template and adding the generated document or the updated document to the document bank account of the user.

Methods and systems for determining one or more routes in a navigation system. A request comprising a first set of parameters corresponding to a trip is received. The first set of parameters comprise at least one an originating node for the trip, a destination node for the trip, a start time for the trip, or a set of preferences associated with the trip. The one or more routes between the originating node and the destination node are determined based on the first set of parameters. Each of the one or more routes comprises at least one public transportation sub-trip traversed by a public vehicle and a private transportation sub-trip traversed by a private vehicle. The one or more routes are ranked based on a trip score associated with the one or more routes. The trip score is determined based on the set of preferences.

Methods and systems for determining cellular signal strength information. The method includes receiving a location of interest, for which said cellular signal strength information is to be determined, from a customer-computing device. Thereafter, a crowdsourcing task corresponding to said location of interest is generated, wherein said crowdsourcing task comprises at least an instruction for a movement of a mobile device in said location of interest. The method further includes receiving at least one or more received signal strength indication (RSSI) values for said location of interest during said movement, wherein said received one or more RSSI values are utilizable to alert a user of a mobile device for a low RSSI value in said location of interest.
Abstract:
Embodiments of a system are disclosed for stress assessment of a call center agent while interacting with a customer. The system is for use with a communication network. The system includes a stress assessment device and an agent device that includes an imaging unit. The agent device is configured to capture video of a target region of exposed skin of the agent using the imaging unit, collect customer interaction data based on interaction with a customer device over the communication network, and communicate the captured video and the customer interaction data to the stress assessment device. The stress assessment device is configured to passively estimate agent stress-level based on the received video, and generate feedback to the agent based on correlation between the customer interaction data and the estimated stress-level over a predefined time interval.
