    Abstract: A hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) processing method includes: selecting at least a part of HARQ-ACK bits as a first HARQ-ACK bit from a first HARQ-ACK codebook according to at least one of information indicated by DCI corresponding to the first HARQ-ACK codebook or indexes of carriers where PDSCHs corresponding to the first HARQ-ACK codebook are located, and according to at least one of a quantity of multiplexed HARQ-ACK bits or a code rate of HARQ-ACK transmission; and discarding the first HARQ-ACK bit; or determining a first HARQ-ACK bit from a first HARQ-ACK codebook according to at least one of the information indicated by the DCI or the indexes of carriers; and multiplexing the first HARQ-ACK bit and HARQ-ACK bits in a second HARQ-ACK codebook. The first HARQ-ACK bit is at least a part of HARQ-ACK bits in the first HARQ-ACK codebook.

    Abstract: A hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback method includes in a case that a first channel resource for a unicast HARQ-ACK is not configured for a terminal, feeding back, by the terminal by using a target channel resource for a multicast HARQ-ACK, the unicast HARQ-ACK and the multicast HARQ-ACK to a network-side device; or in a case that the first channel resource for the unicast HARQ-ACK is not configured for the terminal, feeding back, by the terminal by using a second channel resource for the unicast HARQ-ACK, the unicast HARQ-ACK and the multicast HARQ-ACK to the network-side device. The unicast HARQ-ACK and the multicast HARQ-ACK have a same priority and are fed back in a same time unit, and the first channel resource and the second channel resource are configured based on different configuration parameters.

The method is applied to a terminal device and includes: in the case of receiving at least two PDCCHs sent by at least two TRPs or different antenna panels of one TRP, determining a target PUCCH resource, and sending target feedback information through the target PUCCH resource, where the target feedback information is feedback information of each PDSCH scheduled by the at least two PDCCHs. The embodiments of the present invention are used for the transmission of feedback information.

The method includes: receiving first DCI used to schedule transmission of a PUSCH on a target BWP, where the first DCI includes an allocation field for frequency domain resource allocation, the allocation field is determined based on a configuration of a reference BWP, and the allocation field includes first bits; and determining an uplink resource indicated by the allocation field, where the uplink resource is an uplink resource determined based on valid bits of the first bits; and a resource allocation type of at least one of the reference BWP and the target BWP is interlace resource allocation.
