    摘要: An injection foam molding machine according to the present invention includes: a clamping unit that moves a movable die plate 3 relative to a fixed die plate 2 to clamp the die plates; a fixed side mold attached to the fixed die plate 2; a movable side mold attached to the movable die plate 3; a plurality of drive units 50 that widen an interval between both of the die plates 2 and 3; and a die-plate-interval adjusting unit 60 that adjusts a distance over which the movable die plate 3 is moved by the drive units 50, and when a molten foam resin is foamed, an inner-side interval within the mold cavity is determined, and thus an accurate molded product can be obtained.

    摘要: A process is provided for manufacturing heat resistant polymeric film. A concentrated polymer composition containing solvent is provided, which composition is a solid at room temperature. The composition comprises (a) a polymer having in the repeating units thereof a member selected from the group consisting of precursor units which on heat curing form heterocyclic rings, and a mixture of said precursor units and heterocyclic rings formed from said precursor units and (b) 25-130% by weight of an organic solvent for said polymer, the composition being a solid at room temperature.According to the process, the solid composition is heated to a temperature above room temperature and is extruded into film at this high temperature to form film at a temperature above room temperature and below the curing temperature of the polymer. The resulting film, prior to curing, is subjected to an extraction step using an extraction compound selected from the group consisting of water, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrocarbon halide, ketones and hydroxyhydrocarbons, and such curing is achieved by maintaining contact for a time sufficient to extract some of the solvent from the film.The resulting film is thereafter cured with an effective amount of heat sufficient to cause ring closure of said precursor units, thereby forming the heat resistant polymeric film.

    摘要: There is provided an electric split nut opening/closing device in which an electric motor is driven, and a half piece is moved linearly while the motion is restrained unequivocally, by which two left and right tie bars can be opened and closed at the same time by one device. In the electric split nut opening/closing device in which a tip-end threaded portion 65a of a tie bar 65, one end of which is fixed to either one of a fixed platen 61 and a movable platen 62 and the other end of which is projected by penetrating the other platen, is engaged with split nut 71, 72 provided on the other platen to connect the fixed platen 61 to the movable platen 62, by which a mold clamping force is generated between the platens by giving tension to the tie bar 65, a pair of left half piece 71a, 72a and right half piece 71b, 72b of the split nut 71, 72 are slidably supported so as to hold the tie bar 65 therebetween, and the left half piece 71a, 72a and right half piece 71b, 72b of the two sets of split nuts 71 and 72 are brought into contact with and separated from each other at the same time by common driving means 86 so as to hold the tie bar 65.

    摘要: A drive shaft of a fan coupling assembly includes a shaft member fixedly connected with a fan drive rotor, and a flange member fixedly connected with a fan pulley. The two members are separately formed into their predetermined configurations. The shaft member has a securing portion and a flange coaxially formed at one end thereof, while the flange member has a central bore including a plurality of radially outwardly recessed portions. After the flange member is fitted on the shaft member through the central bore thereof, the two members are fixedly secured to each other by a securing member, whereby an integral flanged shaft may be obtained.
