Abstract: A method for locating positions of electronic devices is provided. The method includes receiving, by a master electronic device, movement information of the electronic devices, and setting the electronic devices to a first reference device, a second reference device, or a normal electronic device, based on the movement information, calculating, by the first reference device, a distance between the first reference device and the second reference device and a distance between the first reference device and the normal electronic device, calculating, by the second reference device, a distance between the second reference device and the normal electronic device, and transmitting the calculated distance information to the first reference device, and calculating, by the first reference device, a position of the normal electronic device by a triangulation method, based on the distances among the first reference device, the second reference device, and the normal electronic device.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a magnetic memory device may include forming a magnetic tunnel junction layer on a substrate, sequentially forming a top electrode pattern and a mask pattern on the magnetic tunnel junction layer, patterning the magnetic tunnel junction layer using the mask pattern and the top electrode pattern as a first etch mask to form a magnetic tunnel junction pattern, forming a protection layer on side surfaces of the mask pattern, the top electrode pattern, and the magnetic tunnel junction pattern, the protection layer being extended to cover a first top surface of the mask pattern, removing a portion of the protection layer on the first top surface of the mask pattern to expose the first top surface of the mask pattern, and removing the mask pattern to expose a second top surface of the top electrode pattern.

The electronic device may comprise: a camera; at least one processor functionally connected to the camera; and a memory for storing at least one program configured to be executable by the at least one processor, wherein the program comprises instructions configured to: capture an image of a sender by activating the camera in response to detection of a message input by the sender; analyze the captured image of the sender and the input message; determine a recipient and an output pattern on the basis of the result of the analysis; check whether the recipient is recognized; and when the recipient is recognized, deliver the message to the recognized recipient on the basis of the determined output pattern. Various other embodiments are possible.
