    Abstract: An embodiment provides a display device including: a first substrate; a gate line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a first direction; a storage electrode line extending in the first direction on the same layer as the gate line and including a protrusion partially protruding in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a data line insulated from the gate line and the storage electrode line and extending in the second direction; a drain electrode disposed on the same layer as the data line and including an extension portion overlapping the protrusion; a pixel electrode including a connecting portion electrically connected to the extension portion of the drain electrode; and a first spacer disposed on the pixel electrode and partially overlapping the protrusion of the storage electrode line, wherein the first spacer covers an edge of the connecting portion of the pixel electrode in the first direction.

    Abstract: A display device including a gate line, first and second data lines adjacent to each other in a first direction and crossing the gate line, a first transistor electrically connected to the gate line and the first data line, and a first pixel electrode electrically connected to the first transistor, in which the first pixel electrode includes a first sub-electrode and a second sub-electrode adjacent to each other in the first direction, the first sub-electrode includes a first longitudinal stem extending in a direction substantially parallel to the first data line and overlapping the first data line and a plurality of first branches connected to the first longitudinal stem, and the second sub-electrode includes a second longitudinal stem extending in a direction substantially parallel to the second data line and overlapping the second data line and a plurality of second branches connected to the second longitudinal stem.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a display area, a non-display area at which the image is not displayed and a first area including the display area, the non-display area including a bending area at which the display device is bendable between the first area and a second area; a first wire in the first area, the first wire and connected to the display area; a second wire in the second area; a protection layer in the first, second and bending areas, first and second contact holes in the protection layer and exposing the first and second wires; and a connection wire connected to the first wire, extended from the first area to traverse the bending area and connected to the second wire. The connection wire includes a plurality of conductive layers contacting each other, the plurality of conductive layers including a same material.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a display element layer disposed on a first surface of the substrate and including a light emitting element that emits light, and a pixel circuit layer disposed on the display element layer and including a transistor electrically connected to the light emitting element. The display element layer includes a first contact electrode electrically connected to a first end of the light emitting element, and a second contact electrode electrically connected to a second end of the light emitting element. The pixel circuit layer includes a reflective layer disposed on the display element layer and overlapping the light emitting element.
