In one aspect, the flexible display includes a display panel configured to display images, a window substrate disposed on a first surface of the display panel, and a lower passivation film attached to a second surface of the display panel opposing the first surface. The flexible display can also include a lower adhesive layer interposed between the display panel and the lower passivation film. The lower adhesive layer can include a plurality of isolated-pattern portions and a peripheral portion surrounding the isolated-pattern portions.

In one aspect, the rollable display includes a flexible display panel, a housing having an internal space defined therein, and a rolling member positioned in the housing and configured to have the flexible display panel rolled therearound. The rollable display also includes a guide member positioned in the housing and having a coil shape. The guide member is configured to separate portions of the flexible display panel from each other.

In one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a thin film transistor substrate comprising a substrate, a semiconductor layer formed on the substrate, a gate insulating film formed on the semiconductor layer, a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating film, an interlayer insulating film formed on the gate electrode and including a source contact hole and a drain contact hole for exposing portions of the semiconductor layer, and a source electrode and a drain electrode respectively inserted into the source contact hole and the drain contact hole. The interlayer insulating film includes a first convex portion formed at an inlet of the source contact hole and at an inlet of the drain contact hole.

The flexible display also includes a second fixing part located below a lower surface of the peripheral area of the flexible display panel.
