Abstract: A device, system and method for evacuation task management is provided. A computing device: receives initial sensor data from sensors of a building; generates respective evacuation instructions for evacuating persons and objects from the building for each of responders, the respective evacuation instructions generated from rules for evacuating the building and the initial sensor data, each person or object associated with at least one of the sensors; transmits the respective evacuation instructions to a respective communication device of the responders; monitors updated sensor data from the sensors during evacuation of the building and location information associated with each of the responders, to track compliance with the respective evacuation instructions; and transmits updated respective evacuation instructions to the respective communication device of one or more of the responders, the updated respective evacuation instructions based on monitored updated sensor data and monitored location information received after transmitting the respective evacuation instructions.

Abstract: Using sensor hubs for tracking an object. One system includes a first sensor hub and a second sensor hub. The first sensor hub includes a first audio sensor and a first electronic processor. In response to determining that one or more words captured by the first audio sensor is included in the list of trigger words, the first electronic processor generates a first voice signature of a voice of an unidentified person, generates a tracking profile, and transmits the tracking profile to the second sensor hub. The second sensor hub receives the tracking profile and includes a second electronic processor, a second audio sensor, and a camera. In response to determining that a second voice signature matches the first voice signature, the second electronic processor is configured to determine a visual characteristic of the unidentified person based on an image from the camera and update the tracking profile.

Abstract: A process and system for enabling a 360-degree threat detection sensor system that is physically coupled to a vehicle to monitor an area of interest surrounding the vehicle. An electronic computing device selects an area of interest surrounding a vehicle stop location to be monitored by the sensor system. When the sensor system has an obstructed field-of-view of the area of interest, the electronic computing device determines a new vehicle stop location at which the sensor system has an unobstructed field-of-view of the area of interest when the vehicle is to be stopped at the new vehicle stop location. The electronic computing device then transmits an instruction to a target electronic device to provide an electronic indication identifying the new vehicle stop location to a registered occupant of the vehicle, or autonomously control the vehicle to stop at the new vehicle stop location.

Abstract: Electronic processing systems and methods for collaborating between vehicular threat detection appliances. One system includes a memory, a transceiver, an electronic processor, and a first vehicular 360-degree threat detection appliance that is physically coupled to a first vehicle. The electronic processor is configured to identify a portion of the first vehicular 360-degree threat detection appliance having an obstructed field-of-view. The electronic processor is also configured to detect a second vehicular 360-degree threat detection appliance that is physically coupled to a second vehicle and has an unobstructed field-of-view of the obstructed field-of-view. The electronic processor is further configured to transmit a request to the second vehicular 360-degree threat detection appliance to provide threat detection coverage for the first vehicle in a direction of the obstructed field-of-view. The electronic processor is also configured to temporarily disable the portion of the first vehicular 360-degree threat detection appliance that has the obstructed field-of-view.

The server receives a first indication that a first searcher has identified a POI and requests first route information from the first searcher. Upon receiving the first route information from the first searcher, the server determines if second route information relating to the person of interest has been received from a second searcher. If so, the server determines a search area for the person of interest based at least in part upon the first route information and the second route information.

The electronic processor is also configured to initiate an edge learning process on the subject of interest to create a classifier for use in identifying the subject of interest and transmit the classifier to a second portable electronic device within a predetermined distance from the portable electronic device.

Abstract: Methods and systems of positioning a drone including a camera. One method includes generating, from a first image capture position of the drone, a first image or video having a first field of view. The method further includes determining a plurality of regions of interest, each of the plurality of regions of interest located within a predetermined area and having an associated priority. The method further includes determining a second image capture position different from the first image capture position for the drone as a function of the associated priority and a viewing distance of the camera. The method further includes generating a command for the drone to move to the second image capture position. The method further includes moving the drone based on the command. The method further includes generating, from the second image capture position, a second image or video having a second field of view.
