A fluid-elastomeric damper assembly operable for damping relative motion between a first structure and a second structure including a housing structure grounded to the first structure and a plurality of elastomer seals coupled to the housing structure, the housing structure and the plurality of elastomer seals defining a fluid-elastomeric chamber operable for containing a fluid. The fluid-elastomeric damper assembly also including one or more piston structures disposed within the housing structure and the fluid-elastomeric chamber, the one or more piston structures grounded to the first structure and driven by the second structure, and the one or more piston structures each including a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber in communication via an orifice, the first substantially fluid-filled chamber and the second substantially fluid-filled chamber also in communication with the fluid-elastomeric chamber through a fluid backfiller. The relative motion is operable for pumping the fluid through the orifice.

The disclosure relates to a self-centering and dampening hydrostatic transmission linkage. The invention consists of a pivot link that is pivotally attached to an isolator plate. Connecting the isolator plate to the pivot link is a centering damper. An upper rocker arm and lower rocker arm connect the pivot link to the hydrostatic transmission system control pedal. The pivot link also has a hydrostatic transmission adjustment rod and an aperture. The movement of the pedal controls the movement of the rod which adjust the tractor transmission for either forward or rearward travel. When a no force is placed on the pedal, the centering damper moves the aperture into contact with an adjustable spring steel detent. This ensures that the tractor transmission will remain in neutral. The pedal is designed with a foot rest and two elongated pads. This allows the operator flexibility when using the tractor for a variety of farm operations.

The present invention relates to a system and method for accurately estimating the fantasy football team's performance based on the individual player's performance in a fantasy football game series. The method tracks the performance of each player in the fantasy football series by positioning each player in various locations and evaluates the team's performance based on the individual player's performance by aligning the players at different locations. Further, the method evaluates the team's performance by tracking the individual player's performance in the fantasy football game series played in real-time for a specific period of time. Further, the method aims to create balanced teams that depict a high winning rate statistics.

A novel composite of glass fiber paper and reinforcing material that is useful for high speed manufacturing of devices comprising it is disclosed. The composite is formed by pressing into a glass fiber paper, having multimodal (at least bi-modal) composition, a hydrophilic reinforcing material. The composite has anisotropic separation properties that are particularly useful for preparing a fluid fraction from whole blood. The preferred glass fiber paper comprises glass fibers such that there are a plurality of short fibers (6) having large diameters and long fibers (2) with smaller diameters. The preferred glass fiber paper also exhibits partial ordering. There are many more of the long fibers (2) with smaller diameters than of the short fibers (6) having large diameters. Also disclosed are several blood separator device designs for efficiently separating the fluid fraction of blood from whole blood using the composite.

An optical network and method for managing a service across an optical network over a dedicated circuit between first and second service termination points include generating a service performance report message (PRM) at each service termination point. Each service PRM has service-specific information related to a performance of the service as determined by the service termination point generating that service PRM. Each service PRM identifies the service to which the service-specific information in that service PRM pertains. Each service termination point transmits the service PRM generated by that service termination point across the optical network over the dedicated circuit to the other service termination point through a service management channel of an optical transport facility. Either of the first and second service termination points is accessed to evaluate an end-to-end performance of the service based on a comparison of the service PRM generated by the first service termination point with the service PRM generated by the second service termination point.
