    摘要: Disclosed is a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent thermal resistance, and which includes a hard segment of a resin component, an elastic soft segment of a rubber component and the like. The thermoplastic elastomer composition has properties of both a plastic and a rubber, and, in particular, it has an elasticity as a function of a rubber at room temperature, and is further plasticized at high temperatures so as to be molded. Further, by increasing a proportion of the hard segment, the thermoplastic elastomer composition has improved heat resistance and grease resistance. Accordingly, the present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent thermal resistance, which can be applied to an automotive constant velocity joint boot and the like.

    摘要: A method for surface treating a heat exchanger, a hydrophilizing treatment agent used in this method, and an aluminum heat exchanger obtained from this method are provided that excel in the initial adherence, hydrophilicity, and odor suppressibility, and can maintain these abilities for an extended time, while having little burden on the environment and the human body. The method for surface treating an aluminum heat exchanger that is brazed includes (1) a pickling treatment step; (2) a chemical conversion treatment step; and (3) a hydrophilization treatment step, in which the acidic cleaning agent contains nitric acid and sulfuric acid and contains ferric salt in a predetermined amount, the hydrophilizing treatment agent contains silica grains coated with a vinyl alcohol polymer and a polyallylamine resin.

    摘要: Oligomeric carbodiimides comprising at least one heterocyclic end group are used as stabilizers for polymers. The oligomeric carbodiimides may be compounds of the general formula (I), where A1, A2 are each independently, identically or differently, hydrocarbon groups having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, B1, B2 are each independently, identically or differently, heterocycles, C1-C30-alcohols, polyetherols, polyesterols, amines, polyether amines, polyester amines, thioalcohols, polyether thiols, polyester thiols, R1, R2 are each independently, identically or differently, n is an integer from 2 to 100, and wherein A1, A2, B1 and B2 may each be substituted at any desired position by C1-C20-alkyl, C2-C20-alkenyl, C2-C20-alkynyl, C1-C20-alkoxy, carbonyl oxygen (═O) or halogen, with the proviso that at least one B1 or B2 substituent is a heterocyclic end group. Processes for stabilizing polymers against hydrolysis using oligomeric carbodiimides are also disclosed.
