    Abstract: An optical reflective element includes: a movable part having a mirror formed therein; a fixation part supporting the movable part; a meander-type vibration plate placed between the movable part and the fixation part; a coupling beam coupling the vibration plate to the movable part; a drive part placed on the vibration plate and configured to rotate the movable part about a rotation axis; and a stopper placed adjacent to at least one of the vibration plate and the coupling beam in a direction parallel to the rotation axis and configured to restrict at least displacement of the vibration plate.

    Abstract: A distance measuring device includes: a first imager and a second imager provided so as to be aligned such that fields of view thereof overlap each other; a projector configured to project pattern light in which a plurality of types of light regions having wavelength bands different from each other are distributed in a predetermined pattern, onto a range where the fields of view overlap; and a measurer configured to measure a distance to an object surface onto which the pattern light is projected, by performing a stereo correspondence point searching process on images respectively acquired by the first imager and the second imager.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery including: a negative electrode that contains a negative electrode material mixture; a separator, a positive electrode that is provided to oppose the negative electrode via the separator, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode material mixture contains a negative electrode active material. The negative electrode active material contains 3 mass % or more of a silicon-containing material. The silicon-containing material contains carbon composite particles. The carbon composite particles have a carbon phase and a silicon phase dispersed in the carbon phase. The non-aqueous electrolyte contains a 5- or 6-membered cyclic compound component that contains a sulfur element as a ring-constituting element.

    Abstract: An optical lens is used for light in a predetermined target wavelength region. The optical lens includes a substrate and a plurality of microstructures arranged on a surface of the substrate at intervals shorter than the shortest wavelength in the target wavelength region. The structure and/or the interval of each of the plurality of microstructures is determined in such a way as to compensate for a variation in phase and/or transmittance depending on the incident angle of the incident light at each position in the region where the plurality of microstructures is provided.
