Abstract: A method by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving at least one time offset for scheduling non-terrestrial communications. The at least one first time offset is configured according to a numerology and/or a bandwidth part (BWP). The UE communicates in accordance with the time offset(s). The time offset may be a single time offset that applies across all numerologies or may be multiple time offsets, each specific to a particular numerology or bandwidth part (BWP). The time offset may be a single time offset scaled based on a current numerology configured for communications. The time offset may apply across different bandwidth parts (BWPs) or across multiple component carriers from which the UE is receiving downlink data.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, the described techniques provide for a first wearable device and a second wearable device to initiate media sessions with a user equipment (UE) and an end device. The wearable devices may each initiate a session flow by transmitting session description protocol (SDP) offer messages to the end device. In some examples, the wearable devices may transmit capability information to the UE, and the UE may transmit an SDP offer message to the end device. The end device may begin the session after receiving the one or more SDP offer messages by transmitting one or more SDP answer messages. The wearable devices may each transmit information about a user of the wearable devices. The end device may generate streams of media content, and the UE may cast the streams of media content to the wearable devices.

Abstract: A first device may perform a first part of a computing graph to extract a feature map from media (e.g., video) data. The first device may buffer the media data and compress the feature map. The first device may then send the compressed feature map to a second device, which may perform a second part of the computing graph (e.g., processing tasks), e.g., to perform object detection or other such tasks. The second device may request at least a portion of the buffered media data when needed, e.g., to improve accuracy of the second part of the computing graph/processing tasks. Thus, the second device may send a request to the first device for the at least portion of the buffered media data, then perform the second part of the computing graph using the buffered media data and the received feature map.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling identifying a configuration of a set of uplink slots for the UE to transmit uplink reference signals to a satellite. The UE may transmit, to the satellite, a set of uplink reference signals on the set of uplink slots according to the configuration. The set of uplink reference signals may include sounding reference signals (SRSs), positioning references signals (PRSs), or both. In some implementations, the UE may transmit the set of uplink reference signals in accordance with one or more timing advance values, where the timing advance values are indicated to the satellite by the UE, pre-configured by the satellite, or both. The UE may then, from a network node, an indication of a position of the UE based on the set of uplink reference signals.

The UE may determine a duration of time for which an uplink pre-compensation is to be applied to the one or more uplink wireless communications. The duration of time may be based on one or more parameters of the uplink communications configuration. The UE may output the one or more uplink wireless communications within the duration of time with the uplink pre-compensation applied.

The UE may select, based at least in part on the message, either a cell-specific offset or an updated offset that is indicated after initial access, as a timing offset that accounts for a propagation delay between a base station of the NTN and the UE. The UE may transmit, to the NTN entity, an uplink communication using the timing offset. Numerous other aspects are described.
