    Abstract: A ranging method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: sending a ranging signal to a measured system, where the measured system includes at least one reflection point (S110); receiving a first spectrum signal obtained after the ranging signal is reflected by the at least one reflection point (S120); determining a second spectrum signal according to the first spectrum signal, where the second spectrum signal includes the first spectrum signal, and a spectral width of the second spectrum signal is greater than a spectral width of the first spectrum signal (S130); and estimating a distance of the at least one reflection point according to the second spectrum signal (S140). According to the ranging method and apparatus, a distance of a reflection point in a measured system can be determined in a relatively accurate manner, so as to improve ranging accuracy.

    Abstract: A method for detecting an uplink signal includes: detecting, by a micro base station according to configuration information about an uplink signal sent by a UE, whether the uplink signal is received in an uplink receive window of a macro base station, where the macro base station and the micro base station have synchronized clock rates, there is a fixed time difference t1 between the uplink receive window of the macro base station and an uplink receive window of the micro base station, and |t1|≥0; and if it is detected that the uplink signal is not received in the uplink receive window of the macro base station, after the micro base station advances the uplink receive window of the macro base station by a length of at least one cyclic prefix, detecting, by the micro base station, the uplink signal, and sending the uplink signal to the macro base station.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe a network slice determining method and system, and an apparatus. As discussed with respect to the embodiments described herein, in the communications field, a network slice to which a terminal belongs can be determined for the terminal in a 5G network. The method may include obtaining, by a network selection function (NSF) node, an identity of a terminal. The method may also include sending, by the NSF node, the identity to a home subscriber server (HSS), and then receiving, by the NSF node, a slice identifier of the network slice that is sent by the HSS, where the slice identifier is determined by the HSS based on the identity The method may also include determining, by the NSF node based on the slice identifier, a network slice to which the terminal belongs.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a mobile collaborative communication method and apparatus. In the method, a unified mobility coordinator UMC unit receives application motion event information of an application, where the application is located at a network edge and is used to provide an application service for user equipment UE; the UMC unit receives UE motion event information of the UE; and the UMC unit determines a path between the UE and the application based on the application motion event information and the UE motion event information. Embodiments of the present invention can implement routing configuration between UE and an edge application.

The method includes receiving, by a forwarding plane apparatus, a MAC address request broadcast by a base station, where the MAC address request includes a target IP address and is used to request a MAC address corresponding to the target IP address; forwarding when the forwarding plane apparatus does not save a first correspondence between the target IP address and the MAC address, the MAC address request to a serving gateway control plane apparatus; receiving, the MAC address request response; and forwarding, the MAC address request response to the base station.
