Abstract: A resource indication method includes generating, by a network device, first control information, where the first control information is used to indicate a frequency resource occupied to transmit data in N time resource units, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and sending, by the network device, the first control information to a terminal device. Therefore, the network device may indicate, for the scheduled N time resource units, the frequency resource occupied to transmit data in the N time resource units.

Abstract: A communication method and a communications device are disclosed. A first device in a communications system separately sends, to a second device, responses used to indicate a transmission result of target data: a first response and a second response. An indication manner of the first response is different from an indication manner of the second response. This approach can improve flexibility of a response indication manner. Therefore, the communications system can flexibly adjust indication manners of responses sent at different times to ensure indication precision of the responses while reducing transmission resources of the responses.

The method is as follows: An apparatus determines whether a length of CSI is less than a preset length; and adds a padding bit to the CSI when determining that the length of the CSI is less than the preset length, where a length of CSI obtained by adding the padding bit is consistent with the predetermined length. The CSI obtained by adding the padding bit is communicated in the communication network.
