    Abstract: An application processor sends a TCP packet to the modem, where the TCP packet is used by the modem to generate a wireless protocol data packet corresponding to the TCP packet, so that the modem sends the wireless protocol data packet to a base station. The application processor receives first status information from the modem, where the first status information is status information of the wireless protocol data packet or status information of the TCP packet. The application processor determines, based on the first status information, whether the TCP packet is successfully sent to the base station. If the TCP packet is successfully sent to the base station, the application processor starts a retransmission timer corresponding to the TCP packet. If the TCP packet is not successfully sent to the base station, the application processor sends the TCP packet to the modem again.

    Abstract: A measurement configuration method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: A network device sends first information to a terminal device. The first information includes configuration information of an SCC. The network device sends second information to the terminal device. The second information includes configuration information of a first measurement window, and the second information is used to enable the terminal device to switch, when supporting CA, from performing cell measurement in a measurement window-free measurement manner to performing cell measurement by using the first measurement window.     Abstract: This application provides a method for transmitting a wake-up packet in a communications system and a device. The communications system includes a transmit end device and a receive end device. The receive end device includes a wake-up receiver and a main transceiver. The method includes: sending, by the transmit end device, a first wake-up packet WUP to the wake-up receiver by using a first data rate; determining, by the transmit end device, a second data rate; and sending, by the transmit end device, a second WUP to the wake-up receiver by using the second data rate. The transmit end device can determine a proper data rate for sending a wake-up packet based on a specific transmission condition in a communication process, thereby improving transmission efficiency of the wake-up packet.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: receiving, by a first device, N transport blocks TBs sent by a second device, where each TB includes at least one code block group CBG, and N is a positive integer; determining, by the first device, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs; determining, by the first device, a feedback bit stream of the N TBs based on the HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs, where a quantity of bits of the feedback bit stream is equal to or less than a total quantity of CBGs in the N TBs; and sending, by the first device, the feedback bit stream to the second device. Compared with that in the prior art, the communication method provided in this application may improve flexibility of transmitting a feedback bit stream.

This application is advantageous in low overheads.
