    摘要: A mold heating/cooling structure for a mold configured with a die base and an insert, comprising: a heat insulating layer, disposed surrounding a die impression of the die base for insulating the heat conduction between the die base and the insert; a magnetic powder layer, disposed against the heat insulating layer; a coil, being disposed on the magnetic powder layer in a manner that it is circling from the outside in toward the center of the magnetic powder layer; and a cooling plate, configured with a plurality of second fluid channels provided fro a fluid to flow therein. With the aforesaid structure, the insert can be heated directly by the coil the it is subject to a high-frequency current, and the heated coil as well as the insert can be cool down with high efficiency as soon as the fluid is fed into the second fluid channels.

    摘要: A resin molding apparatus capable of enhancing transfer accuracy, reducing the cost of a molding apparatus, and shortening a molding cycle. The resin molding apparatus includes a first mold; a second mold disposed in opposition to the first mold; a transfer plate (34) attached to one of the first and second molds and comprising a transfer surface bearing a pattern of pits and projections and oriented toward a cavity (C1, C2); and a thermal insulation layer (40) disposed between the transfer plate (34) and the one of the first and second molds and formed through growth from the transfer plate (34) side or from the one of the first and second mold sides. Being disposed between the transfer plate (34) and the one of the first and second molds, the thermal insulation layer (40) can restrain dissipation of thermal energy of a molding material toward the mold. This can restrain formation of a skin layer, which would otherwise result from a sharp drop in temperature of the molding material, whereby transfer accuracy can be enhanced.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for manufacturing composite components. A tool is present for use in manufacturing composite components. The tool comprises an encapsulation layer having a shape, an insulation layer on the encapsulation layer, and an isolation layer on the insulation layer. The isolation layer has an outer surface capable of contacting a composite material laid up on the outer surface. The insulation layer is capable of insulating the encapsulation layer from heat applied to the composite material. The encapsulation layer is capable of maintaining a shape with the composite material laid up on the isolation layer during a curing process to form a composite component from the composite material.
