    摘要: A wiring device including an interrupting device, a fault detection circuit, and a testing circuit. The interrupting device electrically connects a line terminal to a load terminal when the interrupting device is in a reset condition and disconnects the line terminal from the load terminal when the interrupting device is in a tripped condition. The fault detection circuit is configured to detect a fault condition and generate a fault detection signal in response to detecting the fault condition, the fault detection signal is provided to the interrupting device to place the interrupting device in the tripped condition. The testing circuit is configured to determine a frequency of an input voltage at the one or more line terminals, perform a first test of the interrupting device at a first period of the frequency, and perform a second test of the fault detection circuit at a second period of the frequency.

The method includes: for each line of incoming lines and outgoing lines of a distribution device, recording the number of faults occurring on the line; after a fault occurs, determining, according to the current and/or voltage on each line, whether automated reclosing is executed, and recording the number of executed automated reclosings; in a fault type determination period, for each line, if the number of faults occurring on the line is greater than the maximum number of automated reclosings allowed by the transformer substation side, or the fault is a repeat fault, then identifying the fault on the line as a permanent fault.

    摘要: An integrated circuit voltage converter containing a capacitive charge pump performing DC to DC conversion is disclosed which detects, either automatically or by an external signal, the onset of a low power consumption situation and switches to a low power consumption mode. In one embodiment, the low power consumption mode is accomplished by reducing the operating frequency of the charge pump. In another embodiment, the switching transistors used to switch the capacitors in the charge pump during a low power consumption mode are smaller than those transistors used to switch the capacitors during its normal operating mode. In another embodiment, the DC to DC converter switches back and forth between a high frequency (burst) mode and a low frequency (low power) mode at intervals. In another embodiment, a combination of the power reduction techniques is used. Various techniques for detecting when a low power consumption mode is appropriate are also described.

    摘要: An oil filter for internal combustion engines is disclosed herein. The filter includes a housing with a bottom arranged below an open top and a screw-on cover threadedly engaged within the open top. The housing includes an inlet duct, a first oil discharge duct in the bottom of the housing, and a second oil discharge duct in the bottom of the housing and coaxially surrounding the first oil discharge duct. A support part is provided within the housing having a first end which is connected to the cover in an axially force-transmitting manner and a second free end inserted into the first oil discharge duct when the cover fully threadedly engaged to the open end of said housing to sealingly close the first discharge duct, and is withdrawn from the discharge duct when the cover is removed from the open end of the housing to enable discharging of oil from the housing via the first oil discharge duct. The support part supports a primary flow filter element in a lower portion of the housing and a secondary flow filter element in an upper portion of the housing and fluidly connects the primary flow filter to the second discharge duct and the secondary flow filter to the first discharge duct. The cover, the support part, the primary flow filter, and the secondary flow filter can be removed from the housing as a unit. The primary and secondary flow filters are separable from the support part for replacement.

    摘要: A filter for liquids is disclosed herein. The filter includes a filter housing containing an exchangeable filter element. A support part is provided within the housing that is separable from the at least one filter element and extends at least partly centrally through the interior space of the filter element. A means is provided for releasably attaching one end of said support part to the filter housing. The housing includes first and second radial inner seals for separating a crude space surrounding an exterior of the filter element from a clean space located within interior of the filter element with the radial inner seals being mounted within the housing at the axial ends of the filter element. The filter element is folded star-shaped and sealed on the face side and provided on the inside at each of its two axial ends with a sleeve having an interior portion resting against the radial inner seals. The first radial seal includes an extension portion contained within a groove formed in the support part for separating the crude space from the clean space. An overflow valve is contained within the support part for establishing a flow connection between said crude space and said interior space when a pressure difference therebetween exceeds a predetermined value.
