    摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a procedure for the quality control of in particular finished surfaces wherein the device comprises at least one illuminating means having at least one light source, its light directed at a predetermined angle to the measurement surface. A plurality of at least three measuring means is provided, whereby each of said measuring means is directed at a different predetermined angle to the measurement surface and receives a portion of the light reflected from said measurement surface. Each measuring means comprises at least one photosensor which emits an electrical measurement signal which is characteristic of the light received by said measuring means. A control and evaluation means having at least one processor means and one memory means controls the measurement sequence, evaluates the measurement results and derives therefrom a parameter which characterizes the surface. An output means serves for the outputting of parameters or measurement results.

    摘要: Procedure for taking a reference measurement employing an optical device which comprises the following: an illuminating means having a source of radiation, its light being directed at a predetermined angle to a surface to be measured; a first optical measuring means which is aligned at a predetermined angle to said measurement surface and which receives a portion of the light reflected from said measurement surface and which comprises a photo sensor which emits a measurement signal characteristic of said reflected light; a second optical measuring means which is aligned at a predetermined angle to said measurement surface and which receives a portion of the light reflected from said measurement surface and which comprises a photo sensor which emits an electrical measurement signal characteristic of said reflected light; a control and evaluation means having a processor and memory means for controlling the measurement sequence and evaluating the measurement results which are then output via an output means. The procedure comprises the following steps: a reference surface is aligned with respect to the optical device and a measurement is taken by the first optical measuring means. A deviation parameter is determined from this measured value and a first stored calibration parameter. A measurement is then taken by the second optical measuring means and a second deviation parameter is derived from this measured value and a second stored calibration parameter. A variance parameter is derived from the first deviation parameter and the second deviation parameter, which is characteristic of the difference between the measured values of the first and the second optical measuring means. The measured value of the first measuring means is stored as the first reference parameter and the measured value of the second measuring means is stored as the second reference parameter or a warning signal is emitted when the variance parameter either exceeds or falls short of a predetermined range.

    摘要: The present invention provides a flow-through photobioreactor containing at least one thermoplastic multi-wall sheet having an upper layer and a lower layer having arranged there between at least two sidewalls, at least one inner wall and two or more end caps. Also provided is a process for the production of a biofuel with the inventive photobioreactor. The photobioreactor and process of the present invention have the following advantages: genetically engineered microbes that give higher yields cannot escape into the environment, water in the system does not evaporate, no weeding (presence of unwanted algae), UV light from the sun is filtered out by the reactor walls, temperature control is possible, CO2 from power plants, breweries, etc. can be artificially fed to increase yield. The inventive photobioreactor is also less expensive to build than pipe reactors and may have low energy costs to operate, because little or no energy is needed for agitation and pumping in a preferred gravity assisted embodiment.
