Abstract:
A method for transmitting uplink control information by a communication apparatus configured with a plurality of cells including a Primary Cell (PCell) and a Secondary Cell (SCell) in a wireless communication system. Only one Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) is received on the PCell among the plurality of cells in a first subframe. Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information about the PDSCH is transmitted through a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) in a second subframe configured for Scheduling Request (SR) transmission. For a positive SR in the second subframe, the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted using a SR PUCCH resource. For a negative SR in the second subframe, the HARQ-ACK information is transmitted using a HARQ-ACK PUCCH resource different from the SR PUCCH resource.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting an uplink signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method according to one embodiment includes receiving, by the UE, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) via one or more resource units; receiving, by the UE, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) indicated by the received PDCCH; and transmitting, by the UE, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) using a PUCCH resource in response to the received PDSCH. An index of the PUCCH resource is determined by adding a first index offset and a second index offset to a lowest index of the one or more resource units. The first index offset is signaled via the PDCCH and the second index offset is signaled via higher layer signaling.
Abstract:
Provided arc a method and an apparatus for transmitting a reception confirmation in a wireless system. A terminal determines at least one downlink sub-frame for ACK/NACK feedback from each of a plurality of serving cells and determines the number of ACK/NACK bits for the plurality of serving cells. The terminal generates bundled ACK/NACK bits by arraying the ACK/NACK bits in the ascending order of the cell index of the plurality of serving cells, and transmits the bundled ACK/NACK bits.
Abstract:
A method and mobile station are described for reporting channel quality information for multi-cell cooperation. The mobile station receives a channel quality request message for requesting channel quality information from a base station. The channel quality request message indicates that the mobile station is one of a plurality of candidate mobile stations to perform multi-cell cooperation. The mobile station reports the channel quality information to the base station. The channel quality information includes first channel quality information for the base station and second channel quality information for a neighboring base station.
Abstract:
A method of adjusting a transmit power for sounding reference signals in a wireless communication system supporting a plurality of cells, performed by a user equipment, including determining a first transmit power for a first sound reference signal (SRS) to be transmitted on a first serving cell and a second transmit power for a second SRS to be transmitted on a second serving cell, and if a total transmit power for the first SRS and the second SRS exceeds a maximum transmit power, scaling the first SRS and the second SRS with a same scaling factor.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for reporting power headroom in a user equipment of a multi-carrier system, includes receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) signal comprising uplink resource allocation information from a base station; transmitting at least one of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) signal and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) signal to the base station in a predetermined subframe based on the uplink resource allocation information in accordance with a transmission mode; calculating one or more power headroom values for the predetermined subframe in accordance with the transmission mode; and transmitting a report message comprising the one or more power headroom values to the base station, wherein the user equipment reports its first and second type power headroom values when operating in transmission mode A, or reports its first type power headroom value when operating in transmission mode B.
