Abstract: To avoid blocking node AC queues in the degraded MU EDCA mode due to regular OFDMA transmission of data from another AC queue in resource units provided by an AP, the present invention proposes to use a dedicated HEMUEDCATimer for each AC queue, in order for them to be able to exit the degraded MU EDCA mode independently of the other AC queues. In this respect, upon successfully transmitting data stored in two or more traffic queues, in each of one or more accessed resource units provided by the AP within one or more transmission opportunities, the node sets each traffic queue transmitting in the accessed resource unit in the degraded MU EDCA mode for a predetermined degrading duration counted down by a respective timer associated with the transmitting traffic queue. Next, upon expiry of any timer, the node switches back the associated traffic queue to the conventional EDCA mode.

Abstract: A system includes Session-Initiation-Protocol (SIP) servers that provide services for a respective set of endpoints. A monitor server can receive connectivity status of the respective set of endpoints based on registration status provided by the endpoints to the SIP servers. Based upon the received connectivity status, endpoints having connectivity problems are parsed into one or more subgroups. Potential problem sources are identified for the connectivity problems of the parsed endpoints. For each of the subgroups, the monitor server determines whether the subgroup exceeds a corresponding trigger threshold. In response a corresponding trigger threshold being exceeded, an action profile specifying an entity is accessed. A notification is transmitted to the entity.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture to accurately credit streaming sessions are disclosed. A meter device records streaming session information. Cluster creation circuitry trains a model by grouping information from multiple streaming sessions into clusters, wherein all streaming sessions within a given cluster have matching media and streaming sources. Model executor circuitry assigns incoming streaming session information to a cluster or to noise. Cluster creation circuitry edits the model by creating new clusters out of information from multiple streaming sessions with similar attributes that were originally labeled as noise. By only crediting streaming session information assigned to a cluster, the disclosed system avoids crediting illogical streaming session information, such as the crediting of media to a streaming source that does not offer said media.
