摘要: Methods and systems are provided for controlling clutch capacity in a hybrid electric vehicle. In one example, a method includes adjusting values of a transfer function of a clutch of a dual clutch transmission in response to an operating condition of an engine and/or operating condition of an integrated starter/generator coupled to the engine while a vehicle is propelled via an electric machine coupled to the dual clutch transmission, and maintaining a driver demand wheel torque at vehicle wheels via adjusting torque of the electric machine in response to the operating condition of the engine and/or operating condition of the integrated starter generator. In this way the method may apply pressure to one of the clutches where engine speed is independently controlled to maintain positive or negative slip, thus enabling adaptation of positive and negative clutch transfer functions, which may improve driveline operation and shift quality.

摘要: A gear mechanism for a brake system can be coupled on the inlet side to an actuating drive of the brake system via a drive shaft which can be driven rotationally by the actuating drive. The gear mechanism can be coupled on the output side to a brake unit of the brake system via an output shaft. The brake unit has at least one brake. The gear mechanism has a first and a second gear train having different transmission ratios. Furthermore, the gear mechanism is configured in such a way that, in order to apply the brake, only the first gear train and, in order to release the brake, only the second gear train of the gear mechanism transmits a drive torque of the actuating drive to the output shaft. The transmission ratio of the second gear train is greater than the transmission ratio of the first gear train.

摘要: A hand-controlled accelerator for automobiles including an inner tubular member formed with a spiral projection on an outer surface thereof and an enlarged base at a lower end thereof, an accelerating cable having an upper end fastened in the base, a brake cable having an upper end fastened in the base, an intermediate tubular member in which is fitted the inner tubular member, a handle having a tubular neck at a lower portion thereof, an outer tubular member in which is fitted the intermediate tubular, and an annular ring-like member having two opposite threaded holes in each of which is arranged a steel ball, a spring having an end bearing against the steel ball, and a screw bearing against another end of the spring, whereby the hand-controlled accelerator for automobiles can prevent the driver from mistakenly depressing the accelerator pedal when desired to apply brake.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a speed control device for engines and particularly automotive engines so that the throttle or speed control member on the engine may be set to operate the engine and the vehicle at any one of several desired speeds. The device includes a reciprocating member adapted to reciprocate in a rectilinear path in opposite directions and adapted to be coupled to an engine speed control member such as the carburetor throttle of the like and the reciprocable member is coupled to a means for transferring rectilinear motion to rotary motion and this means carries an arcuate row of buttress teeth adapted to be engaged by a pivotal latch pawl which is readily disengagable from the teeth by means of a fluid operated device such as a hydraulic cylinder operable by hydraulic brake fluid so as to automatically release the latch pawl from the buttress teeth when automobile brakes are applied and also a manual control for releasing the latch pawl from the buttress teeth. The manual control being remotely located in an operators compartment of the vehicle whereby the speed control may be deliberately manually deactivated or automatically deactivated by an application of the automobile brakes.
