摘要: The present disclosure provides a high-temperature thermal pellet composition that maintains structural rigidity up to a transition temperature of about 240° C. The composition comprises at least one organic compound (e.g., triptycene or 1-aminoanthroquinone). The pellet can be disposed in a housing of a thermally-actuated, current cutoff device, such as a high-temperature thermal cutoff device (HTTCO). Also provided are material systems, which include the pellet composition and a high-temperature seal that provides substantial sealing up to at least the transition temperature. Methods of making such high-temperature pellet compositions and incorporating them into a thermally-actuated, current cutoff device are also provided.

摘要: A thermal sensor with a simple structure can secure the deformability of a bimetal, and accurately control the position of the bimetal, to increase the response speed (heat response) of the bimetal. The thermal sensor includes a bimetal, a case, and a cover member. A pressing portion is provided between the cover member and the bimetal to press the bimetal to a bottom portion of the case. The pressing portion is deformable in accordance with the deformation of the bimetal.

摘要: A process analytic device includes a metallic enclosure having electronics disposed therein. The enclosure has an enclosure wall with a reference surface. A plurality of operating rods is provided. Each operating rod is configured to pass through an aperture in the enclosure wall and to cooperate with the enclosure wall to provide a flame quenching pathway. A plurality of electrical switches is provided where each electrical switch is aligned with a respective operating rod, and is mounted a controlled distance from the reference surface. Each operating rod transfers movement to a respective electrical switch through the flame quenching pathway.

摘要: A switch has a pair of fixed contacts installed in an arc extinguishing container and disposed to maintain a predetermined space therebetween, and a movable contact disposed so as to come into and out of contact with the pair of fixed contacts. The arc extinguishing container includes an open-topped tub-shaped metal body, an insulating holding member which holds the pair of fixed contacts, disposed on an inner side of the tub-shaped metal body, opposite to the movable contact, and an open-bottomed tub-shaped resin cover which covers the pair of fixed contacts and the movable contact from an open edge face side of the tub-shaped metal body. A periphery of an open edge of the resin cover is sealed to a bottom surface of the tub-shaped metal body with an adhesive agent.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an electronic fabric and preparing thereof. The electronic fabric comprises a backing layer configured to have a circuit electrically floated and a surface layer configured to electrically connect to the circuit of the backing layer. The backing layer or the surface layer comprises a) a base layer composed of a synthetic, regenerated or natural fiber and b) a conductive layer formed on the base layer to be capable of being freely formed by a pre-designed electric pattern. The base layer and the conductive layer are successively formed to be symmetrically to the backing layer and the surface layer to each other. An insulating layer is formed on the backing layer or the surface layer, or a partial upper portion of the conductive layer, or in a region where the conductive layer is not formed.

摘要: A fault current limiter arrangement for a low, medium and high voltage electricity grid, including a fault current limiter unit which is arranged in line with a circuit breaker unit including a fixed electrical contact which is connected to a lower electrical terminal and a movable electrical contact which is connected to an upper electrical terminal, in order to interrupt the current flow after the fault current limiter unit has limited the current flow in a detected fault event. The fault current limiter unit includes a movable electrical sliding contact part which is electrically arranged between the upper electrical terminal of the circuit breaker unit and the movable electrical contact of the circuit breaker unit, and which is movable between a short circuit position adjacent to the upper electrical terminal and a remote position far from the upper electrical terminal for providing a maximum electrical resistance for the current flow.

摘要: A switch seat body structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The switch seat body structure is simplified and can be easily manufactured to enhance the resistance of the switch seat body against the external damaging force. The switch seat body structure includes a main body for assembling with an internal component of the switch. The main body is an assembly of a metal head section and a nonmetal belly section. The metal head section has a shoulder section, a skirt section connected with the shoulder section and a subsidiary shoulder section formed on the skirt section. The nonmetal belly section is overlaid and connected on at least a part of the skirt section or the entire skirt section, whereby the nonmetal belly section is connected with subsidiary shoulder section to form an integrated structure.
