An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing including at least one receiving hole exposed to an outside, a magnet disposed inside the housing and adjacent to the at least one receiving hole, an input module configured to be insertable into the at least one receiving hole and including a ferrite core configured to block or redirect part of a magnetic field generated from the magnet, a sensor unit disposed inside the housing and configured to sense the magnetic field generated from the magnet, and a controller configured to sense whether the input module is inserted into the at least one receiving hole by a signal according to a strength of the magnetic field sensed by the sensor unit.

Provided are an electronic device and a screen display method of the electronic device. More specifically, provided are an electronic device for providing an extension function to a second area according to a characteristic of a characteristic area in first and second areas of an extended touch screen, and a screen display method of the electronic device. Some of the disclosed embodiments provide an electronic device for providing an extension function to a second area according to a characteristic of a characteristic area of an application screen in first and second areas divided by a trigger in an extended touch screen. In addition thereto, various other embodiments are also possible.

The electronic device includes a housing comprising a first plate, a second plate apart from the first plate while facing the first plate, and a side member which surrounds a space between the first plate and the second plate, a touchscreen display exposed through the first plate, a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed between the touchscreen display and the second plate, a mid-plate disposed between the touchscreen display and the PCB, and extending from the side member, and at least one integrated circuit (IC) mounted on the PCB and relating to power, wherein the mid-plate can include at least one conductive path formed on a surface facing the PCB and electrically connected to the at least one IC, and the at least one conductive path can be formed with the same metallic material as the mid-plate.

The electronic device includes a housing including a first face that faces in a first direction, a second face that faces in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction, and a side face that at least partially encloses a space between the first face and the second face, a transparent substrate that forms at least a portion of the first face of the housing, a display disposed within the space of the housing, and exposed through at least a portion of the transparent substrate, a mechanical watch structure at least partially disposed between the transparent substrate and the display, and configured to be physically movable, at least one processor electrically connected to the display and the mechanical watch structure, and a memory electrically connected to the at least one processor. The memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to control the display and the mechanical watch structure.

The side member includes a plurality of non-conductive portions and a conductive portion. The electronic device also includes a display module, and at least one wireless communication circuit. The electronic device also includes a printed circuit board (PCB). The camera assembly is exposed through a portion of the back plate. The camera assembly includes an image sensor mounted on the PCB, and a plurality of lenses. The camera assembly also includes a barrel that surrounds the plurality of lenses, and a camera bracket that surrounds at least part of the barrel. The camera assembly also includes a metal case that surrounds at least part of the camera assembly, and a shielding structure.
