Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for on power state transitions are described. An apparatus is configured to receive, from a network node, a DL EOC indication to trigger a status indication. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability information message indicating a timeline prior to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) occasion that the UE may be capable of transmitting a PUSCH skipping indication. The PUSCH skipping indication may indicate that the UE may skip uplink transmission in at least one PUSCH occasion.
