    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for on power state transitions are described. An apparatus is configured to receive, from a network node, a DL EOC indication to trigger a status indication. The apparatus is configured to transmit, to the network node and based on the DL EOC indication, the status indication indicative of a status of a buffer or a delay of the UE and an estimated time at which the UE estimates an arrival of a next UL packet. Another apparatus is configured to transmit, to a UE, a DL EOC indication to trigger a status indication. The apparatus is configured to receive, from the UE and based on the DL EOC indication, the status indication indicative of a status of a buffer or a delay of the UE and an estimated time at which the UE estimates an arrival of a next UL packet.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration indication that specifies a configuration of multiple operating zones that are based at least in part on a first range of potential values for a first operating metric and a second range of potential values for a second operating metric. The UE may transmit an operating state indication that indicates a particular operating zone of the multiple operating zones. The UE may receive scheduling information that is based at least in part on the particular operating zone. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting, to a network unit, a scheduling request associated with uplink resources, receiving, from the network unit, an indicator indicating the UE to enter a downlink only state, monitoring for first downlink control information (DCI) without entering the downlink only state, wherein the DCI comprises an indicator of the uplink resources, and transmitting, to the network unit after the receiving the indicator indicating the UE to enter the downlink only state, one or more transport blocks (TBs) via the uplink resources.
