Abstract: A display panel, including: a plurality of pixels arranged in an array in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction, each pixel including: a first sub-pixel having a first light-emitting zone configured to emit light of a first color; a second sub-pixel having a second light-emitting zone configured to emit light of a second color; and a third sub-pixel having a third light-emitting zone configured to emit light of a third color, wherein the plurality of pixels include a first pixel, the first light-emitting zone of the first pixel has a substantially polygonal shape, the substantially polygonal shape including: a first side substantially parallel to one side of the second light-emitting zone of the first pixel, and the one side of the second light-emitting zone of the first pixel being opposite to the first light-emitting zone; and a second side substantially parallel to one side of the third light-emitting zone of the first pixel, and the one side of the third light-emitting zone of the first pixel being opposite to the first light-emitting zone.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for forming a via hole in a flexible substrate, including: providing a base substrate and forming a de-bonding layer on the base substrate; forming a seed metal layer on the de-bonding layer, and patterning the seed metal layer to form a first conductive pattern; forming a first flexible substrate on the seed metal layer; forming a first mask layer on the first flexible substrate; and forming a first via hole in the flexible substrate though a dry etching process, the first via hole penetrating the first flexible substrate to expose a connection region of the first conductive pattern. The present disclosure further provides a method for filling a via hole in a flexible substrate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifter, an antenna including the phase shifter, and a control method of the phase shifter. The phase shifter includes a first base substrate; a plurality of microstrip lines arranged on the first base substrate and configured to transmit an electromagnetic wave signal and apply a common voltage; a dielectric layer arranged on a side of the plurality of microstrip lines away from the first base substrate; and a plurality of separate voltage control layers correspondingly arranged with the plurality of microstrip lines respectively on a side of the dielectric layer away from the first base substrate. The separate voltage control layers are configured to apply a control voltage. A dielectric constant of the dielectric layer varies with the control voltage applied to the voltage control layers and the common voltage applied to the microstrip lines.
