    Abstract: A glass container production line and process include a first step of heating a portion of the glass container by delivering microwaves and conveying them to the portion of the glass container. Microwave delivery is carried out at a first power level for a first time interval so as to bring the portion of the glass container from an ambient temperature to an intermediate temperature, and at a further power level, which is lower than the first power level, for a further time interval following the first time interval, so as to bring the portion of the glass container from the intermediate temperature to a first predetermined working temperature.

    Abstract: Household appliance comprising: first power supply lines (4) which are connectable to an AC power supply source (5) for receiving a main electric power (P1) and providing a first AC voltage (V1) and a first AC current (I1). The household appliance, further comprises: a first load (8), and a second load (7) operating by a second voltage (Vcc) lower than the first AC voltage (V1), a master control circuit (12) operating by the second voltage (Vcc), which is configured to generate control signals (SC) to selectively control the first load (8) and the second load (7), and comprises a current sensor (12b) configured to measure the first AC current (I1) and provide a first value (K1(I1) indicative of the first AC current (I1), an inverter device (13) which is electrically connected to the first power supply lines (4) and to the master electronic control circuit (12) to receive the control signal (SC), and is configured to control the voltage supplied to first load (8) based on the control signal. The inverter device (13) further comprises a voltage measurement circuit (13b) configured to measure the first AC voltage (V1) and provide a second value (K2(V1)) indicative of the first AC voltage (V1). The inverter device (13) is configured to provide the second value (K2(V1)) to the master control circuit (12) by a opto-isolator electronic module (15). The master control circuit (12) is configured to determine a third value (K3(P1)) indicative of the main electric power (P1) based on the first value (K1(I1)) and the second value (K2(V1)).

    Abstract: A combination microwave and refrigerator system is provided. The microwave oven is connected to a source of power and has at least one control circuit for controlling the operation of the microwave oven. A first power supply outlet is provided on the microwave oven. A refrigerator is connected to the source of power by connection to the first power supply outlet. The control circuit is configured to disable the cooling operation of the refrigerator, when the microwave oven demands cooking power, and enable the cooling operation of the refrigerator when the microwave oven is not drawing cooking power. A safety sensor is provided in the microwave oven, and is configured to cause cooking power to the microwave oven to be turned off upon the safety sensor sensing smoke or other conditions.

    Abstract: A magnetron filter board for a microwave oven is disclosed. In embodiments, the magnetron filter board includes a printed circuit board with a first trace and a second trace on the printed circuit board. The first trace includes a first end for connecting to a magnetron and a second end for connecting to a power supply unit. The second trace also includes a first end for connecting to the magnetron and a second end for connecting to the power supply unit. The first trace and the second trace can be configured as a radio frequency band-gap filter that mitigates noise associated with the connection between the magnetron and the power supply unit.
