摘要: The technology described herein improves management of core network connectivity in order to limit network connectivity issues from spreading to other areas in the wireless network. A determination that a predetermined threshold of service requests and/or service request failures associated with one or more core network entities in a first geographic area has been exceeded during a first time period serves as the basis for preventing the one or more core network entities from receiving services from a backup UDR during a second period of time, the second time period subsequent to the first time period.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for checking many users in to a location using a Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) beacon. The provided systems and methods may allow a BLE beacon to facilitate a check in with a remote server that processes check ins and then disconnect from the device used to check in. The device may be assigned a unique identifier that may be broadcast from the device during the check in so that the BLE beacon can quickly scan for the identifier and connect with the device based on the identifier to provide content and other information to the device.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for improved cell search of terrestrial base stations. Using a dataset of anticipated coverage areas associated with one or more terrestrial base stations locally stored on a user equipment (UE) and a location of the UE, the UE can determine if it is within a predetermined threshold distance of the one or more anticipated coverage areas. If so, the UE may perform cell search for the one or more terrestrial base stations; if not, the UE may not perform cell search or perform cell search less often to prevent unnecessary battery depletion.

The first WTRU may provide discovery and/or connection establishment associated with the second WTRU accessing the network (e.g., if there is a service disruption to another network).

摘要: A system for updating a preferred nodes list for a wireless device in a wireless network includes a server in communication with a plurality of nodes each configured to deploy a radio air interface to provide wireless services to wireless devices. The server includes a processor configured to instruct, in response to a trigger, a first node to send a message to a wireless device connected to the first node. The message instructs the wireless device to contact the server for an updated preferred nodes list. The processor receives a request for the updated preferred nodes list from the wireless device and provides the updated preferred nodes list to the wireless device. The updated preferred nodes list enables the wireless device to change from connecting to the first node included in the preferred nodes list to connecting to a second node included in the updated preferred nodes list.

Communication between the information processing device and the communication device using the second wireless communication scheme and using the second network may be executed, in case that the first network is not included in one or more networks identified by the connectable network identification information. Communication between the information processing device and the communication device using the second wireless communication scheme and using the first network may be executed, in case that the first network is included in the one or more networks identified by the one or more connectable network identification information.

A transmit and receive point and a UE for implementing the operations are also disclosed.

摘要: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices, and systems for wireless communication. Some aspects more specifically relate to dynamic path selection for wireless connectivity. An access point (AP) may receive communication link information and device status information from cellular-enabled devices in a wireless local area network (WLAN). The communication link information may indicate path metrics (such as link quality information) associated with respective connections between the cellular-enabled devices and a communication network (such as the Internet). The device status information may indicate operational metrics associated with the cellular-enabled devices (such as battery status information or cellular subscription information). If, for example, the performance of a default connection between the AP and the communication network deteriorates, the AP may select one of the cellular-enabled devices to relay wireless communications between the communication network and the AP in accordance with the communication link information and the device status information.
